Pleasant and comfortable stay
Reviewed By b1scu1t18Stayed for one week towards the end of May. Arrived later at night and was taken to our apartment by reception. The room was big enough, clean and seemed to have everything we would need. Bed was large and comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom was a decent size with an amazing powerful walk-in shower. We had a junior suite on the ground floor so had a reasonable sized terrace to sit out on. There was also a pull out couch-bed in the living room. Bedroom and living room both had TV’s but we didn’t use them as we had a tablet. WiFi was powerful in and around the suite. Pool area is very clean but small, to be honest it’s one of the cleanest pools I have ever seen! The garden areas are pretty and well-kept and there was a rooftop bar which we used a few times. There seemed to be two connected restaurants but we didn’t eat at these (due to personal menu choices - not for any other reason). The only gripe I had was the room temperature as it was very warm, so maybe a cooler in the living room would be good - there was one in the bedroom but it didn’t really cool the room down on full power. I would however 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the island. Location is quiet but not far at all on foot to visit the plentiful bars/restaurants and also two larger supermarkets.

Nice views, good location but the rest not so good
Reviewed By 979lorrainesOn arrival at the reception the guy on the desk did not smile at all, very unwelcoming. The room was basic but we knew it was a bit cheaper than our normal options however the beds were so hard and uncomfortable and being 2 singles just pushed together they drifted apart all the time, we did not sleep very well due to these issues. We don't go on holiday for TV but it's nice to have the option to watch but there were only German and Spanish channels so no point in paying to get a handset, you also paid to use the safe. The table in the room and other areas had tiny little insects all the time, maybe a seasonal thing? I don't know but we only ate on the balcony at the plastic table with 2 chairs and no parasol plus there were no loungers which there was space for. The switch socket in the bathroom was coming loose, bed linen not changed in the week we were there although the towels were. Cleaning was average but done frequently. We were on the 10th floor and had a nice view especially of the spectacular sunsets every night. Nice location, near the beach and restaraunts, noisy lifts, could be slow at times. Very orientated to the German clientele, breakfast was not that great and if you opted for an evening meal it felt a bit like school dinners although as much wine and beer as you wanted was on tap. We seemed to be the only British folk staying there so I suppose you can get them gearing towards the German holidaymakers. We won't stay here again although we love Morro Jable,this being our 3rd visit to the town.

Reviewed By Tour258395Apartment needs to be updated, no washing machine, no oven, so not suitable for self catering, light bulbs not replaced. No safety deposit box in room, enquired about same, and was told that they never had them, so had to carry personal possessions everywhere. Pool area too cramped, need toppers or something on the very uncomfortable dated sun loungers.

Reviewed By Jean761We had a wonderful visit. The new owners keep the place so nice. We have been going for over twenty years and always have a restful time. However, the recent improvements have made it even better. I have limited mobility and the location of the apartments means that I don't have far to walk to a selection of excellent eating places.

The staff are so friendly and the whole complex is very clean, including the swimming pool, although typical of all outside pools very cold , but refreshing. The apartment was very well equipped , really comfortable bed,and spacious really as good as the photos . Will definitely stay here again at this time of year as such a lovely quiet retreat .

It was clean, the staff were lovely, the location was amazing and the hotel was really open and accepting (we saw numerous same sex couples like us during our stay and no one batted an eyelid!). We couldn’t recommend this place more - the pool is gorgeous and at one point we thought we lost our key (found it after 10 minutes) and they were so amazing about it! There wasn’t any hidden charges and the staff were super helpful, even the pool bar staff (the prices of the drinks were also amazing). The hotel itself was quiet in the evenings (no rowdiness) despite being 5 mins from all the bars and restaurants. The other guests from all different nationalities were friendly and respectful to one another. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Reviewed By ponty32Positives Stayed for 7nts me and my partner on all-inclusive basis, food was good, something different to choose everyday. Drinks were serve yourself all day which we particularly liked the freedom of no ques from over run barmen. Good size room, very clean throughout the whole hotel which is great. Great location, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Great for a quiet chilled break away. Good waiting staff who were always busy but took time to speak to you and were so helpful and happy. Negatives Reception staff wernt very friendly, particularly the women, we arrived late due to being delayed and the lady at reception was quite abrupt with the checki g process, you need to email details of your booking but as we were tired, hungry and warm and of course no internet as we'd just walked through the door I found her less than helpfully. You have to pay a deposit for your plastic cups €1 not really a problem just be aware and try to have some cash for that all important first drink. Lack of entertainment only one singer on a Wednesday, we missed him due to delay and leaving durng the afternoon. Could really do with a bit of entertainment especially when your all inclusive. Overall not a bad review just some improvements to enhance people's holidays. If you want a lively resort this isn't the place for you, it's very quiet overall with no real entertainment throughout the resort. Having said this it's so picturesque and perfect for a chilled holiday. I will definitely be visiting futenventura again but possibly exploring the North side of the island next time
