Lovely hotel with spectacular views from its hilltop position. Slightly dreary neighbourhood but once you step inside the gates you'll find a beautiful peaceful little hotel. Staff are fabulous and the breakfast is superb. Took us approx 15/20min to walk down to Old Town.

Free private parking is also available on site. Each room in this guest house is air conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV with both cable and satellite channels.
Not recommended for a family stay: in a room for 4, there was only one chair, the boiler ran out of hot water after 1 person took a shower and we were waken up by a loud sqeeking shower noise coming from neighbouring room at 7am. Breakfast was a disappointment, and didn’t resemble breakfast pictures from internet at all. Although several internet pages refer to this place as “hotel” or even “4-star hotel”, it is very questionable how this place got its 4-stars and beware as this is definitely not a hotel! This place is recommended only if you need a one-night stay and nothing else is available.

We stayed for two nights and continental breakast was included. We arrived late which was no problem at all for the host. We had prewarned the host that we would require a parking space, always a good idea. Our room was at the front which was very noisy, we had not realised that they had opened a window. Our second night was much better as we remembered to close it. Clean room, nice shower. Very convenient location for us as we were visiting Pula and also Rojvinj. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Centrally located but still quiet, a short walk down a little hill to everything; hosts are super helpful, spacious and very clean. An amazing selection of teas to drink plus complimentary local liqueurs to try. Was also close to the bus station and the ferry to Zadar. We loved it.

Had to stay for one night, close to the airport, and this seemed to be a good choice. But never again ! We booked for 2 adults, and 2 children, and they gave us an 1,2m doublebed, hard to sleep 4people in. When I mentioned this, the lady in the reception just gave me a bad explanation about our late booking. Although when booking, they said they had room for family. Breakfast was just about eatable. I will not ever go back there.

Croatia is gorgeous! And The Sun Palace lived up to its name. The clearest water I've ever seen, local food to die for and amazing wine! You couldn't ask for a better host than Diana. We were welcomed warmly with wine or beer (always a good sign!) by the lovely pool and showed to our comfortable and well-equipped rooms. We went to the beach (rocky but if you have water shoes you'll be fine) with crazy clear water (I have to say it again because OMG). Diana organized for us horseback riding, seeing concert in Pula at the Roman amphitheater, a wine tasting by the pool with local cheeses and the wine was delicious and plentiful! My kinda place! Local restaurants at well worth the short walk and, if you like fish, this is the right spot. I could have sworn I saw my fishy swimming around earlier that day! :) Be sure explore the huge park right there (where the beaches are) and visit Safari Bar. It was the absolute coolest bar there is amoungst the trees/bushes with secluded tables and swings! I've been there twice already and I'm taking my husband back again next summer. I can not wait!!!
