Reviewed By Axel PGreat location in wonderfull setting. Hotel is absolutly gorgious. Rooms are spacious old stil. Only commeNt is internet did not work in my room and shower is typical french, need to hold in hand but will for sure come back.

Reviewed By hollies235The hotel was in great location in the middle of town, a short walk to the main ski lifts also very close to all bars and shops. Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from and staff were always replenishing the buffet. Dinner was a set 3 course menu (if you go half board) but if there was anything you did not like you were able to choose off the main restaurant menu which was great. I really enjoyed the food at dinner and staff were really friendly and helpful. We had drinks in the bar at the hotel most evenings, the cocktails and service were excellent. We also used the spa at the hotel twice during our stay and it had great facilities! It was definitely needed after a few days on the slopes. Overall a very good hotel in Les Deux Alpes and I would definitely return.

L'hotel fut un relais de poste a l'epoque napoleonienne, et de belles poutres apparentes ainsi que certains murs en pise temoignent encore de l'anciennete de la construction The hotel was a coaching inn in the Napoleonic era, and beautiful exposed beams and some adobe walls still bear witness to the antiquity of the building

Booked a family room and turned up at 10 at night, when we arrived rooms not ready and work man still working on site. No family room we were split into two very cold rooms, wife and children in one and I took the other. I was quite happy with that too be fair and had a decent nights sleep, wife not so much. All issues clearly due to the workmen. It was out of season and the owner took the opportunity to invest in getting some work done. I can clearly see the potential here the restaurant/bar looked beautiful and a summer evening out on the patio would be great. The owner/manager was very pleasant and was clearly trying to get things right for us. He checked in with us in the morning and gave us breakfast for the issues. I would be happy to revisit, the surroundings were lovely and certainly more of an experience than an IBIS type hotel for a stop over to the Alps.

Reviewed By Flyer61676885534We have stopped here three times as we drive back from the Alps, and on each occasion dinner has been a highlight of our holiday. Rooms are very comfortable, but the stay is made by the delicious dinner. Breakfast is excellent too.

L’hôtel est agilement accueillant, avec du bois clair et des couleurs chaudes Les chambres « classiques » , sont grandes , avec un bureau, télé,balcon , salle de bains avec douche à l’italienne et WC séparé . La literie est bonne Le petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux Le bar bien agréable avec une cheminée centrale permet de se rassembler pour un moment convivial Nous y avons passé un excellent week-end : merci à toute l’équipe

Nine rooms all furnished beautifully … Thé place is renowned for its restaurant where it is essential to book because it’s so well patronised . Food is excellent…great selection Do not sit upstairs if it’s warm as there isn’t air con. Downstairs much fresher and outside it’s perfect … The hotel is in a renovated late 19Century large house …beautiful .

In a cute town on its own and just a 5-minute drive to historic Vienne, this hotel offers a comfortable room in a great setting, easy to get to, plenty of parking, and a very homey feel. Proprietor Eliza was so accommodating and informative. Perfect English and loves what she does. I highly recommend this hotel for as long as your schedule allows.

Reviewed By rentjetskiNice hotel, clean and comfortable room for 4 person with 2 separate rooms. Kind and friendly stuff. Walking distance to center. Parking behind hotel. Nice breakfast. Just TV missing in the room but after all day on snow it is not big problem.
