Reviewed By Tom2377Location is quite alright, some few eateries around, on the main road there is a swiss baker! The Rooms are very new, clean and tidy. I felt very relaxed in there. The pool is just in front of your door, very pleasant! Nice garden to have breakfast in.

A great hidden place of rest and comfort

We found some good rest within the beautiful garden and loved the clean room and helpful staff. We also loved the comfortable bed. Also have a look inside where you can find the pictures of the family who runs this great place. We can recommend this place to everybody.

Some rooms don't have hot water and they won't give you a new room if you complain. Rooms are noisy because of cars along the highway. Very Slow Wifi. It's hit and miss in this Hotel. Either they give you a good room or not. The main problem here is the Manager. I think she needs more training in Customer Service. She doesn't know how to handle customers and this is a Service type of Business. She is Tactless, High Pride, fights with customers and doesn't know how to handle situations. She always reasons it their rules, but her tactlessness and want to prove a point ruins this hotel. In all my Hotel experience Local and Abroad. This Hotel has the worst management.

Reviewed By ybo7000The hotel is situated at city center, it has good location and very accessible by public transport. Mercury drugstore, 7-11, restaurants, gaisano is just around the corner. The hotel room is spacious and clean, staff were courteous, rooms has windows with street views. So room air quality is good there is a water dispenser on every floor that provide free hot n cold drinking water for its customers it has strong free wifi connection. Aircon is cool. It's has shower. A nice hotel to stay.

Affordable place to stay in Davao- Value for money
Reviewed By melvski819Stayed here for 2 nights in December 2019, during earthquake days. Deluxe rooms are average size, rooms are clean with window type AC. Clean rest rooms with hot water. Wifi is working. Location is very secured (I think) as its just opposite of 991 center in Ecoland Davao. All in all we had a good stay with my family, its just that i got hit in the head by an window AC front cover ^_^, reported it to the management and they promise to fix it. The place was surrounded by trees which makes it cool. love to come back if we are in Davao again.
