Great stay with family
Reviewed By evelynhsu1029We stayed here for a week with two young kids. The family room is spacious. The location is great for us as it’s next to the main road and only 10mins drive to the beach and 2 mins drive to the shops. The kids also enjoyed the swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

Reviewed By PMC-V23This hotel residence is ideally located in a very quiet area, 10 mins drive from Bonifacio and 5 mins walk from a very nice beach. The one bedroom villa had a partial see view from the terrace with a barbecue. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dish washer and oven. We were given free bed linen and towels which are usually charged. You can park your car next to the villa. We took all our meals at the restaurant by the pool, it was always excellent and very reasonably priced. The lady at the service is very pleasant. We enjoyed the warm jacuzzi but didn't swim at the pool as the water was too cold.

Reviewed By Baptiste BLovely familly hotel in the heart of Aullene. The food at the restaurant was nice. Not fine dining, but just what one' can expect in such place. The room was nice and clean. Recently refurbished. The only downside is the breakfast. A little basic for the price (8€). Why don't they use local jam and honey!?

Crude outside but fantastic inside
Reviewed By Daniel LWhen walking towards the place we honestly wondered what on earth it was (the facade is a bit, should we say, "worn"). But as soon as we got inside of the building, it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise after all. The room standard was actually top-notch, clean and new and nothing at all to complain about. The city itself is small but very beautiful. Highly recommended.

We got in late, after an adventuresome day because of a bridge out on the trail near the start of our day in Ste-Lucie-de-Tallano. We didn't all get in until after 8:00 pm, but they served us dinner with no issues. And what a wonderful evening, sitting out on the terrace in great comfort enjoying the food and the ambiance. The rooms are serviceable, reasonably clean, though not a place that is comfortable for more than sleeping. But with a panoramic view like that from the terrace, why would you choose to spend time in the room? The service was competent, but not overly friendly.

We wanted somewhere out of town that was convenient for the Bonifacio ferry port but would also serve as a base to explore the general area - and this was perfect. Although set just off the road you would barely know and it was lovely to watch the sun set over the bay in the evening. There was plenty of private parking for the very well equipped modern ‘motel’ style rooms and the restaurant was excellent. The lady in charge was very friendly and the service excellent.

Great views but dated room
Reviewed By ediths17The room was dated but very clean. A fridge was available, and each room has its own balcony with chairs and a table to enjoy the great views. The bathroom was very dated and with chips of the tiles and the cover of the toilet’s water-closet, but again, it was clean. On the second night, we were the only guests in the hotel, which is a bit awkward. Breakfast is not included but can be obtained in the wine bar downstairs at a fair price.

Reviewed By David AMy wife and I had a fantastic time during our stay at Domaine de Laforest. We were there for a week and could have easily stayed an additional week and never would have been bored. The country side and towns are quaint and beautiful. There are numerous historical sites within the Provence that are well worth seeing and if you want a break you can relax by the pool at the Domaine de Laforest. The property and our gite were extremely nice. Sylvie is a fantastic person and very helpful. She arranged for her father to take us to Arles so we could rent a vehicle which, you really need to be able to see the different sites. Also, Sylvie arranged for a taxi to pick us up at our Gite at 5:15 in the morning to take us to the train station. We very much appreciated her helping to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. We will definitely come back again and stay for a longer time. I highly recommend staying at the Domaine de Laforest.
