Reviewed By NaanaThis hotel is just lovely. Situated in a historical building a few steps away from the cathedral, it is located on the edge of the gorge overlooking the Huecar river and I think that just about every room must have a spectacular view. Our room was really spacious with a big double bed and a sofa bed, two big armchairs with a good sized wardrobe and the most amazing view across the gorge. There was a large bathroom with a tub and separate shower, all of it spotlessly clean. Friendly welcome at check-in and a small but good selection for breakfast including local pastries - the breakfast is served in the dining room with views across the gorge. There are lots of steps up and down inside the hotel so it might not suit somebody with reduced mobility. The Posada de San Jose is full of art and interesting artefacts, it's a really beautiful place offering rustic charm and reliable Spanish hospitality.

Reviewed By DNHJI've now been coming periodically to Hotel Setos for over 18 months for business. It is like a family, always a big welcome when you arrive. The team are very helpful and even when I make a booking mistake they fix it with out any issues! The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The service for the restaurant is very good, if there is something not on the menu they will try to adjust to fit to what you want. Morning service is fast with a smile. If you have additional requirements, let them know in advance (or even on the day) and they will do what they can to get you what you need. A great private hotel.

Room suite Marfil is modern clean and nicely designed. We didn't get to use the spa but they looked really nice. Will recommend

The hotel was clean & warm, the beds were very comfortable. The owner was very helpful & knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was tremendous with plenty of choices. We had no trouble with parking & really enjoyed our stay, I would use this hotel again.

No air conditioning because of the winter weather, although the temperatures were in the high 80s. I was in the 1st floor and couldn't open the windows because of the mold and mildew. I caught allergies, so I had to close the window. We were in a sealed hot and humid room. This is a big problem.

Good Location -- A Few Hiccups

We were met by a staff member so we didn't have to manage the process of entering and obtaining a key. The building is a bit tricky to find. As advertised it is not your typical hotel -- some things to be aware of in case you might be uncomfortable -- there is a clear glass door on the toilet room and no door on the shower room. During our stay, there was a problem with wifi access, but, I believe it was working fine when we left.
