Reviewed By Trump817Excellent hotel looks a bit on the old side, but it's extremely clean the food is excellent and right next to the beach, good for walking off your evening meal along the promenade. Some rooms you have to hire a kettle and a fridge all rooms have a safe.

Reviewed By FrancescaR1020Currently here at the moment. Family of 5 (kids 8,6 and 2) and we are absolutely loving it. If you have booked you will not be disappointed! All of the facilities are clean and the pools are spotless. Staff friendly and eager to make sure you have everything you need. Spoilt for choice with drinks, food, even our fussy toddler has plenty to eat. The rooms are pretty basic but functional, clean and ideal for kids clambering around with swim stuff etc. The whole site is well maintained and the grounds and gardens are beautiful! We will 100% be back!! Perfect family holiday!

Reviewed By Chloe LNot quite sure where to start, because everything about this holiday was perfect! The hotel staff and reps made the holiday, and literally became part of the family! The friendliness of everyone was so amazing and made us all feel so welcome. The activities around the pool were really fun too and there was lots to do. The food was very good, so much choice and it was different everyday. Something to suit everyone! Overall a perfect stay, the hotel is surrounded by nature and is not overlooked at all. Really unique and beautiful surroundings. My family and I were the most relaxed we’ve been in a long while, get yourself a holiday here now! Thank you to everyone at Exagon!

Could be truly great but needs some corrections: Asked for shower soap but didn’t get any despite promises from front desk; most disinfectant dispensers in public areas have been empty for days; general lack of enthusiasm of some front desk staff (does not apply to highly motivated maintenance, room cleaning and kitchen staff). A touch more attention to detail and the place would deserve its 4 stars.

Nice Hotel close to the beach
Reviewed By T_Money1900I pretty much enjoyed my stay at BQ Sarah Hotel. The staff was very friendly, the interior quite modern. There are just some parts where you can see the real age (e.g. the carpet on 1st floor corridor). But the room was stylish, international TV and most important: clean! I liked the breakfast and the buffet although the dinner buffet could have more choices, but hey, it is only 3star. I also liked the pool area, the swimming pool is not that big, but really refreshing and I really enjoyed that I could have a bath in the swimming pool with a t-shirt on!

Hotel is in perfect location, has the most fantastic helpful staff possible, reasonable priced food and drink and 24/7 bar! Yes it is a little outdated and not to Hilton standards but for what you are paying for I think its a great deal, highly recommend and I will be coming back there! Oh forgotten to add that most of rooms have the sea view which is only 100m away from the hotel and a little swimming pool if you can’t be bothered to go to the sea ?

Reviewed By VivBlakeA group of 8 went to this hotel. I must say it was a very clean comfortable hotel. All the staff were absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Drinks were fine, food was plentiful and choice was good. On the whole this is a lovely hotel in a quiet resort and I would recommend it to others. Thank you Illusion Markus Spa you did us proud .

Reviewed By javatiegerWe booked the hotel on the spot because our actual accommodation was a total failure. The room price was quite cheap (without breakfast or dinner), cheaper than our actual apartment that we had booked 1 month in advance, but September is off-season. The hotel is no longer the newest, but the rooms are very nice and well equipped. Everything is well maintained and repaired where necessary. The small kitchenette leaves something to be desired in terms of equipment (e.g. dishwashing liquid/sponge), but is otherwise good to use. Paying for WIFI would be ok if it was fast, but it is not. Thanks to good 4G coverage and EU roaming, internet was no problem. We have not tried the food. The staff, from reception to cleaning lady were always super friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered us a bit was the noise of the animation (extremely loud music in the courtyard) from 20:30 to about 22:00, although only 2-4 children participated. Btw.: Everything was in Spanish, German and English, but everybody was happy to speak Spanish with us.

Reviewed By NHuitHThis was the best hotel ever! Nice room, clean, everything about this hotel is great. Staff, the food, the rooms. Only a little warning for the bottom of the swimming pool. This is rough, so please wear swimming shoes to prevent bleeding toes like most guests did. Unfortunately my daughter and husband too. The swimming pools are very nice with a max. of 1 meter 20 deep. We enjoyed the shows and entertainment. The breakfast, lunch and diner were every day very good and different. Our compliments to the chefs! We would recommend everyone with children to stay at this hotel. Thank you so much for a great week. We enjoyed every second of it! Gracias y adios!
