10 All-inclusives in Balearic Islands: Best hotel deals for 2023

April 26, 2023 Darleen Reid

The brightest stars of Los Baleares are Majorca, Ibiza and peaceful Minorca. Situated between France and Africa, the archipelago's islands each have distinct characters. Majorca is the most developed and offers a mass of hotels, fast food joints and crowded beaches. Ibiza is loved by a hard partying set, including many gay visitors. It is also increasingly popular with upscale travelers, drawn by the chameleon island's reputation as "the new Provence." Pick an island and stake a claim on its sand.

Fantastic Holiday...

Reviewed By BlueNoseAngel2902

Our Holiday was for 10 days (late May) & included 2 Adults (Grandparents in a Maris Room), 2 Adults & 2 Children (9&11yrs) in a Village Suite. Plenty of room in both for each Family. Hotel is in a lovely setting, just across the road from the beach (you will need to walk up a little to a useable/more sandy part of the beach). We upgraded our family of 4 to All-Inclusive on the 1st day & with a 9 & 11yr old it was well worth it! Included in the room price is upto 90mins per day use of the Free Spa amenities, Infinity Pool, Sauna etc...well worth it if you have someone to watch any children (under 16's not permitted). The hotel is quite secluded so you do need the local Taxi/Bus service to get you to the local towns for any daytime/night-time exploring, there is nothing near to walk to for a meal out/drink at night etc... but they are very frequent & as of May 2022 you still need a mask on the buss or they will not permit you to travel. Buffet Breakfast/Lunch & Dinner (depending on your Rate) is available inside & Lunch is also served outside at the Pool Bar (table service), food was excellent with lots of choice. *Food/Drink choices can be accessed via the App (QR code to be scanned at Bar). There were so many onsite amenities & for all ages...great to do with the Animation Team when they do the daily activities (except a Sunday, thats their day off). *Timetable of activities is also available on the App which was helpful to keep track for the kids...& Adults :-) The Animation Team were fantastic, they added a bit of extra fun to each day & it didn't stop with just the day...they hosted the night entertainment too for the Children's Mini-Club (my kids were just a little too old for the music), after this the team played modern music for them to dance & have fun. Then the night entertainment would begin, either from the Animation Team OR an outside group of performers...either way, it kept us entertained into the night. A big thank you too all the staff at the Hotel, from initially meeting the fab Reception Staff/Room Cleaning, to the main Pool Bar & main hotel indoor Restaurant...& to Fathi & his Animation Team who we spent alot of time with, Marko, Aliya, Maya, Carlota, Micha & Mille :-) We mainly did the activities with Marko who was fantastic both during the day & at night keeping us all entertained :-) Thank You. Overall the holiday was a huge hit with my family...my kids are hinting VERY HARD that they want to go back!

Not quite 5 star standard

Reviewed By A6649XEemmac

Just returned from a week here with friends and family and although overall had a lovely holiday there were lots of points that let this hotel down. Service was hit and miss - we felt like most of the time we were looking to get the attention for someone to serve us whether this be by the poolside or in the restaurants. Often orders would be incorrect when they did arrive, one morning we asked 3 different staff members for our breakfast order to later discover it had not been put through at all - we eventually got our breakfast 45 minutes later. The food choice for evening meals is very limited for a 5* hotel and we very quickly got bored with what was on offer. The hotel is very focused on it’s image when more focus should be on consistent service. The hotel is in a a lovely location it’s very scenic with great sea views but there isn’t a great deal to do in the area. The rooftop pool is beautiful for a day visit. We wouldn’t personally stay for longer than a day or 2 again.

Been to samos many many times allways loved this hotel, not any more rooms still nice & clean, day entertainment still same very good most of staff are the same & very friendly. Hotel falls under the 3 drink rule so we went full boad what a wast that was, breakfast OK lunch & dinner were deafull the cheapest cut of pork & tiny chicken wings every single day very very poor choice no cheese or hams to even make a salad, there was water with lunch & dinner for 7days of my holiday on day 8 the water had gone you have to pay for water with your meal I complained & all they said was what room are you in very intimidating as if don't like it leave. So had to eat out a lot. The bar is over priced one euro deposit for a plastic cup €2.50 for a small beer €2 for a pint outside hotel €7.50 for vodka & cola. I will be back to magaluf very soon but not back to samos the hotel has changed & not for the better.

Lovely clean hotel

Reviewed By smallers1

We have just returned from a weeks all inclusive break. The hotel is spotlessly clean and maintained. The food is lovely, couldn’t fault it. Sometimes when food is cooked on mass it can lack taste and flavour but theirs was lovely. Lots of choice and tasty options. Couldn’t fault the hotel itself at all. The only negative I could find was it’s location. It is a walk to the town its a lot of steps yes but not a major issue if you don’t have mobility issues it’s just I like a little wander after an evening meal and there is nothing really close by. But we had sea views from our room which were lovely and the hotel itself is superb. Definitely a 4 star rating.

The beach is a 10 minute walk away, the buildings are simple but clean, it is a 3 star hotel but with many activities to do, you have green gardens for a nice walk, the buffets have variety, and if you have all inclusive you can only have three alcoholic drinks. My room was comfortable and simple, my friends' rooms too, some with balconies, some without. Overall the quality was quite superior for a three star hotel, the staff were fantastic and deserve all the stars.

Last minute trip away with our eldest son following his brother flying out on a school trip. Tour operator didn’t recommend the hotel for families but we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel team welcoming and engaging. Location is perfect if you want to be a little away from the main hustle of Playa D’en Bossa and a five minute walk sees you in amongst the bars and clubs that make this area so famous. Pool was clean and plenty of sun beds and we never struggled to find a place to relax, we opted for all inclusive, no issues with getting drinks and whilst we didn’t go wild we enjoyed drinks all day, the bar did close promptly at 11pm so be aware of you want a drink before heading out. Hotel was not noisy and overall we enjoyed a good few days downtime.
