The service we received by staff was atrocious. A very rude waitress forgot our ice tea but she still marked it on the bill. When we asked her to remove it she did not even say âsorryâ or anything of this kind. Food was average. Dear andrarW5675LX,We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your experiance with us! We assure you that this is not the standart which we strive to maintain and such behaviour from our staff is in direct conflict with our interests and morals as a firm! Please accept our most sincere apologys for not giving you the dining experiance we are well known and loved for! After reading reviews. I was hesitant but went anyway I was only looking for an early breakfast I was attentively served but was offered a sandwich , the waitress didnât speak English and why should she I uttered some words on Bulgarian and then she knew I wanted the breakfast .The people can be abrupt itâs there way , just try to speak a little of their language it will change things for youAnyway my Bulgarian English breakfast was prompt and tasty served with a good espresso So I will now go back and try the evening service

Good food at reasonable prices. Usually have entertainment in the form of a singer which makes the dining experience more pleasurable. Drink prices are very reasonable, toilets clean and no payment required. Would recommend La Troya for a no frills dining experience.
