Where to eat Steakhouse food in Beijing: The Best Restaurants and Bars

July 3, 2020 Oliva Fomby

Reviews on Steakhouse food in Beijing, China. Welcome to a capital city whose story goes back at least 3000 years. In Beijing, you'll find a wealth of history, both ancient (the Hall of Preserving Harmony, Summer Palace, Forbidden City) and more recent (Chairman Mao Memorial Hall, Tiananmen Square). For the best market experience, choose the Dirt Market over the touristy Silk Market. A visit to the Great Wall, the longest manmade structure in the world, is absolutely essential.

We wanted a change and saw the generally positive reviews. It wasn’t easy to find, but to their credit they came out into the street to find us... which was nice of them. It is on street level down the left hand side of the Soho 1 building. We have just enjoyed two delicious steaks with salad and fries. Friendly service. Recommended. I’m sure that we’ll be back.

We had a family dinner at CRU Steakhouse and the service from we were welcomed and Grace who took care of us was very pleasant and forthcoming. One of the best steaks I have had in Asia, but you would get even better at Buckleys in Dublin for half the price.

A truly wonderful and magicial evening. Chef Chris is a true artist of his craft and has achieved so much at such a young age. The dishes for the Chaine dinner were amazing and pair perfectly with the Austrian wines. I have been to The Cut several times over the past few months and one thing that stands out is it is consistant. The food is excellent, the staff attentive, and the atomosphere perfect for a date night. Go for the steak or try the venison which is to die for. Certainly a gem that stands alone in comparison to the other steak house in other hotels!
