The restaurant has the perfect location, on the main square, with lovely views of the lake and the square. I would recommend a visit for late dinner, so you can enjoy the sunset views of the lake and Galicica mountain. The service is slow, but be prepared for it so you can enjoy.

Via Sacra lies on a very cosy square near the church of Sofia and almost next to restaurant Sv Sofia .The service of Via Sacra is great and the food is very very great !One can choose to sit outside and inside .In weekends it may turn out to be very busy and one may have to make a reservation

Dalga used to be my favourite restaurant for years. This year except for one of the standard waiters, the service was very bad. The food was ok I guess but not near what it used to be. If you do go the Shashlik was good and juicy and the meet rolls not bad. The hot peppers are pre-baked which is really a missed opportunity. Freshly baked peppers make such a difference. I hope they take their service and food more seriously and become one of the best restaurants in Ohrid like years before.

Restaurant was very busy, but managed to get a small table on the terrace at the front of the restaurant.Ordered some local dishes, including stuffed vine leaves for my wife. When it arrived it was cold, and I mean stone cold. The inside was completely cold. Called the waiter over and he replaced the dish, although he did not apologise. We wondered afterwards as to how the dish could be so cold. It was like it had come out of a fridge, so then we wondered what was happening in the kitchen. Not a great start.My meal was fine.Now there a lot of stray dogs in Ohrid, and generally they leave you alone, but a small one decided to go under our table. My wife nearly jumped out of her seat, and this was the final straw for her.So this was probably our most disappointing meal in Ohrid.

We been to Ohrid for a day visit from Skopje and when we getting ready to go we saw this restaurant which is specialists. Pizza and other food too.We ordered a pizza then man who took the order was very polite and he served us the drinks but pizza took too much to come .we been wait around 50 minutes and our taxi keep sending us messages .we explain to the guy who took order but he didnât know what to say for the delay.Our taxi supposed to start for ohrid 3pm and our pizza arrived 2.50pm.The pizza was tasty but cold I didnât said anything I just paid and left to find the taxi around 3.10pm

We went with a group of friends to Taverna Momir. We were seated immediately and our drink orders were taken. It is a nice sized space, right on the water and any leftover food is given to the swans in the sea. Our meal started out with a fresh vegetable platter which was delicious and shortly after, a delicious chicken dinner followed with two pieces of grilled chicken, melted cheese and mushrooms. It was delicious. Bread also arrived on the table-oversized buns cut in half with a garlic spread on the side. Dessert followed this which involved a chocolate walnut cake-a rhin slice with a cup of espresso which unfortunately had more of a cappuccino texture to it. The waitstaff was very attentive and accommodating and I would recommend. Friends of mine had the trout with boiled potatoes which they also liked very much.

One of the nicest places we discovered for traditional food in Ohrid centre. They adapted dishes to make it vegetarian and gluten free for us :) Very friendly and helpful waiters!!!

We visited twice during our stay in Ohrid, once for lunch and because we were so impressed we visited again for our final dinner of the holiday. Food and wine choice excellent and quality much better than other restaurants tried during our week. Service excellent just be aware of the cats if you sit outside.
