There were 11 of us - mostly tourists from Australia, and a couple of regulars.Restaurant was recommended, and agreeably so. Everyone was happy with their meals. Drinks were reasonably priced. Lots is seafood specials,Wifi didnât work but convivial atmosphere and lovely staff.

I have visited Kubata 3 times and it was a wonderful experience every time. Paelle and seafood platters are winners. You taste prawn when you eat prawn and the same for the calamari, flavours does not intefere with each other on the same platter. Don Pedro - don delicious. Friendly people and service is fine.

The best seafood I have ever had! Freshly cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The owner and manager were very welcoming, the staff very professional providing us with great service. We visited the restaurant twice when we were in Windhoek. While we stayed with our mutual friend Jose!

The restaurant is located at a house which is also a hotel. The tables outside in the garden is really relaxing. Menu contains minimal items, many of which are venison meats. I was able to find a beef steak which was really tasty. Menu prices and billed prices arenât the same. Thanks JoeWe appreciate you offering a review and feedback.Apologies for the incongruence of the experience.The new updated menus were delayed by supplier.There are 3 items that were adjusted up and down.Thank you again for the 4 star rating.

I was in Angola a couple of years ago and I've been trying to explain the level of service and the type of food one gets at a Portuguese restaurant to my Partner. We visited a couple of restaurants and still I was not getting what I anticipated. Until I visited this hidden gem in Ausspanplatz opposite SME Bank. I had a fish meal and the fish was soo fresh that you could almost guarantee that it had just been taken out of the water. The rest of the meal was true Portuguese style with carrots, potatoes and cabbage. Absolutely amazing. The Portuguese are extremely generous so the portion of food is alway pretty big. Service was excellent. The chef even came out to greet us.I cannot give any criticism for my visit in any way.
