Reviewed By Tiaan960604It was a great place, with clean rooms and very frinedly staff. The rooms have a lot of space and their is save parking for your car. It is central and you can easily drive to anywhere in Windhoek. I will recommend it for anyone.

Reviewed By Derk WWhoever is planning to start or end the vacation near Windhoek should stay here. Marlie and Sven are perfect hosts. We arrived with our kids, which were sick and had our flight only one day later very late. They were so supportive that we could stay until early afternoon to recover before the long flight back started. Besides that wonderfull dinner and a nice location to relax! We con only recommend the Sweet Thorn Lodge. Derk, Ursula, Felix and Moritz W.

Reviewed By Climber29786809975My suggestion for improvements are about the TV channels, which a very limited and not very good for those with kids and for those who like watching entertainment, and the numbers of the reception need to be more available, since that according to what I've experienced, my calls were never answered by the reception number.

Reviewed By nobesuthukhanyeThe apartment itself was beautiful. However, the noise that came up from downstairs during the day was terribly annoying. Mostly from the offices as well as a restaurant on the ground floor. There was even a lady talking loudly on the phone as early as 7am right in front of our door on our first morning there. Secondly, forget about planning on sleeping in, the light that comes through the windows at 6am is blinding. The place is also on a busy road, the nonstop traffic will leave you frustrated. Now as for the service, it was appalling. We found the rooms very stuffy...thick layers of dust under the beds and the sofas. We had to spend the night with the windows open to avoid suffocation. Called the lady who had given us directions to inform her about the issue as well as ask for a mop and a bucket. We were rudely informed that their website does not advertise that and none will be provided for us, therefore, we should stop giving her pressure and use the towels to clean the floor. Just when we thought it couldn't get any worse, we discovered that there weren't enough electricity units. We had to make another dreaded call to her and the token was sent via WhatsApp. A cleaning lady was sent to mop the rooms, who then informed us that we shouldn't open the windows as they were broken?♀️ and were difficult to close. The bathroom sink was leaking, a handyman was dispatched to come and have a look...at least that was quick-ish. Unfortunately, they left the room in a mess and dirty. We had to clean up after them with their white towels. The service was dreadful to say the least. Surely, it wasn't too much to expect to find everything in order since we had booked and paid for the apartment.

Felsenblick is situated in a safe and quiet area of Windhoek, the capital of Namibia. It consists of two fully furnished upscale apartments and is suitable for business as well as for leisure travelers. Both apartments have lovely views onto the Eros mountains. The family apartment consists of 2 bedrooms which sleeps four and you share the bathroom.
