We had dinner for the first time in this lovely setting in this beautiful historical courtyard we took a table outside and ordered a lovely mixed cold meet starter with fried polenta followed by a grilled t bone steak a filler steak and a special calzone type pizza of the house got to say everybody really enjoyed the food and whole experience . Everything is well presented and I would say this is a more upmarket restaurants then some in the area . The place inside looks rustic and classy at the same time a d it's not far from villa Borromeo which is stunning so it's well worth having a stroll around the old town after dinner .

The restaurant is in Barlassina, a little town in the province of Monza Brianza. It's a family-run restaurant and its specialties are italian pizza and fish.As regards the menu, there's a huge variety of choices, both concerning the pizzas and the fish. Normally, there's a fixed menu, but it can change on important occasions like, for example, Christmas and Easter. The restaurant is quite easy to reach, there's also a carpark, which makes it really convenient. The place itself has a really welcoming and warm atmosphere, there are always many people and for this reason, sometimes it can become very noisy. Moreover, during the weekend, it's always necessary to book. The price is not so high, it's suitable to the food served. Concerning the service, it is very fast and helpful. The waiters are really polite. Naturally, the food is delicious: the fish is always fresh and has a very delicate taste. The pizzas too, are really tasty and the portions are abundant.Because of the good atmosphere and the quality of the food, the restaurant is popular and you can always find young people, families, and also old couples.Finally, I've been there several times and it always satisfied me!

We've been here twice and because the pizza was so good the first time we had it the second time round. The starters are wonderful too and the prices are very honest. The next time I'll try one of the first courses as they look very tasty. The service is very good and friendly and the place works a lot from what I can see. Locale rustico molto alla mano, menu fisso a pranzo vario e abbondante. Buona anche la pizza che si può gustare anche a mezzogiorno! Servizio veloce e personale molto gentile e cortese! Prezzi molto convenienti! La sera si possono gustare piatti tipici Lombardi cucinati secondo tradizione! à una trattoria/ osteria dunque non adatto a chi privilegia un ambiente raffinato ed elegante.
