The policy is that where possible everything is their own production.The restaurant itself has a big log fire and is converted form a farm structure in a very beautiful way.The starters are in the form of an enormous buffet including many dishes of vegetables cheeses ham polenta pies and much more (special mention to a cheese fondue which was exceptional) there was one primi, in our case a risotto and one main, roast pork with pumkin puree and dessert was a buffet with maybe 10 desserts to choose from. We stayed with the house wine a very good white and an ok red. Everything we tried was very good and we paid 160 euro for 4 people including 4 coffees, 2 grappa and water. The wine is unlimited!We were assured that the primi and main are always changed.The 2 girls who were serving were informative about everything they served to the table and on the buffet and the chef came out towards the end to check everyone was happy, which we thought was a nice thing to do.Buonasera Mr Exiledblu, grazie pe r aver apprezzato il nostro vero, direi verissimo km zero. l'aspettiamo presto. I had been recommended this restaurant by a couple of people and so decided to give it a go. The menu is very varied and quite long but there's something for everyone. The wine list is also very interesting and very decently priced. The starters were good and good value for money. The second dishes were much better. My swordfish was really delicious, cooked to perfection. The desserts were simple but very nice too. The service was extremely pleasant, professional and efficient and the restaurant also offers outdoor seating. We were offered a digestive drink and a little icecream at the end of the meal which was most appreciated. I'd happily recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area(couples, families and businesses people) and am looking forward to coming back soon.

food was good, strong lombardian menu, choice of wine good, price OK but large tables and a lot of noise makes it difficult to follow conversations around the table they need to soften with curtains or something. been several times and the service can be a bit hit or miss. Still a nice place to take visitors.

On one of the main roads running through this small town lies this gem of a restaurant. They have no printed menu, but have a good selection of fresh produce. Of particular note were the robiola cheese and blueberry risotto which sounds awful on paper, but had a wonderful balance between the rich creaminess of the cheese with a little hint of sharpness and fragrance from the fruit; sensational. Of the pastas that we tried, the courgette and saffron was the most refined with a rich sauce delicately flavoured with just the right balance of saffron. Even the dessert, something that usually feels a little bit of an afterthought in typical osterias, was well above average, especially the crème caramel which had a silky texture and deep caramel taste.The prices are very low, so make sure that you book in advance as this place always seems to be busy, and for good reason!
