Ti chiedi "ma come hanno fatto a immaginarsi questo piatto" quando ordini uno squisito roll (in stile sushi) di carne di manzo con pepe, maionese di wasabi, ecc ecc ecc...E continui a farti questa domanda quando mangi un'ottima tartare con carne, gambero, frutto della passione, ecc ecc ecc.Se a questo aggiungi delle nachos buonissime (le più buone mai mangiate), una pizza davvero ben realizzata e un dolce spettacolare ti rendi conto di aver mangiato benissimo. E lo hai fatto in un locale bellissimo, informale al punto giusto e con un servizio attento e preciso.L'unica nota negativa è... che quando esci ti arriva la voglia di tornarci subito!Bravi, continuate così!Consigliato!

Ottimi hamburger (molto vari, dai classici ad alternative originali), noi abbiamo provato il Toscano, decisamente buono e abbondante. Anche le pizze, prese da nostri amici erano molto buone, anche se cotte con forno elettrico.

This enterprise has 2 restaurants. We visited the new one, outside Como, as parking is easier here.Th menu is divided into BBQ (smoked) and grilled. The décor is rustic â cement and wood â and quite fitting the overall theme of genuine US BBQ.We all has spareribs â of cource the smoked version â with coleslaw, corn on the cobb and fries. The portions are generous so we did not have space for desert except expresso.It is reasonable prices and the serving is fast and good.

Hambú has a very good location but not all the tables have the right amount of space to let people feel comfortable.There is a lot of choice of hamburgers and we decided for the Fumè and the out-of-menú Carbonaro. The hamburgers are mainly Chianina and they are very tasty (but not sure I think mine was under the 200 grams indicated) and also the ingredients are interesting and well paired.To be noticed also the choice to use only Italian ingredients, even the cola is Italian made. If you like hamburgers you have to try Hambú: the only downside is that the prices are a little bit high considering no fries included (I expect this prices in Milan, not so far away).
