Hi Universal Cafe Team,Just a little feedback for you guys of a cashier lady on 22 Mar 2016 (Ng. H. N). On the way paying for my bill, I told the cashier lady that I had one chip together with drinks. I'm not sure whether there's got anything wrong that she kept her face unhappy and argue what I did have. And she was like arguing with me and how a chip/ a potatoes chip/ french fries are like (instead of having check quickly what I was actually). At almost last minutes of leaving made me a little bit unpleasant.Apart from the above mentioned, I really like the rotating floor as well as the drinks. Keep it up team!Cheers!

Service is great, the place is nice with A/C and the food is good. Do not expect truly italian pizzas (i think pizzas are precooked), the starters were nice, its nice to stop by after visiting Hai Phong.

Had pizza here, not bad but not the best, could improve as it had a burning black oily bottom, nice hide out not easy to find it as no signage outside, small but nicely done. It is located on an apartment building. They have some umbrellas ourside tòo for smokers

This is a great little restaurant with a chilled atmosphere, great service and tasty food; steaks, pasta, pizza and more but certainly one of the best breakfasts in Haiphong. The owner and staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There is an extensive wine list and on the weekends live bands play music, which adds to their chilled out ambience. Certainly one of my favorite places to hangout in HaiPhong. Highly recommended.thank you for the lovely heart warming review , we will continue to improve our service to bring all of our hearts to you thank you for your time at SONIA restaurant hope to see you again soon

There's no restaurant in HP could serve you the western food better than Texas BBQ. This is my opinion after acess here many time when I come back Hp. The atmosphere here is very closed and the Owner-Mr Lam is very interesting guy and focus on his service.
