Real modern hotel
Reviewed By Z2723NRrobertdThe entrance to the reception is really impressive,The receptionist Anne booked us in smoothly,we booked for 1 night but decided to extend our stay by 3 nights,The breakfasts were good and the staff were courteous and friendly.I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.Anna at the reception was really great helpful with information of the area and trips.Many thanks to Anne and all the staff for making our stay a great one,thanks Robert Davies

Reviewed By HoangVanHungWe stay only one night and hotel located at good location, few walks to the Bay. The room has insect, the room size is very small, the bathroom small also and breakfast not good, I come for breakfast at 8h15 but no cheese, no juice, food is poor

Amazing spot
Reviewed By 626nataliegWe stayed here 3 nights. The view from our window (we had a room ending in -06) was incredible! The morning sun rising over Ha Long Bay is breathtaking! The room is a corner room and so was enormous, and the bathroom was equally as huge. The couple travelling with us had a room ending in -04 and their room was definitely much smaller but both rooms were well presented and very clean. The usual amenities are available in the room though the tv didn’t connect to any channels. Overall it does have luxurious feel to it. The reception staff were wonderful to help us book a cruise in the bay and taxis to get around. But download the Grab app as it’s the local version of uber and was cheaper than taxis. The breakfast was noodle soup with beef or chicken and you could order fried eggs to go with it or toast as well. The coffee was delicious too. The restaurant is on level 8 but the elevator only goes to level 7, so you get off at 7 and climb the stairs to level 8. The view is absolutely beautiful up there, and is a wonderful way to start your day off. The location is really good, with a shopping centre one street over where there is a good court on the top floor. Behind that is the market where you can stock up on snacks or souvenirs or just about anything you need really. Lots of fresh seafood constantly being brought in and fried for purchase in this market too. Take a walk past the mall and market along the water on the bridge to more lovely views. The only problem we had with it is that directly next door another building is under construction and though reception told us they won’t start work till 8, they started work at 6:30am in the morning. So there was no sleeping in, though this was entirely out of the control of the hotel, perhaps offering ear plugs might be a good idea until the construction is over. Other than this utterly minor and temporary issue of the construction site, the hotel is excellent and i highly recommend for your stay in Ha Long Bay.

Cozy house and helpful host
Reviewed By Home-Travel-VietnamWhen we decided to book our room in Halong city at the last minute when we has arrived in Halong City, we found this roon on airbnb with the hightly recommend from other guests, so we book it and finally, we get the excellent services with Mr Noi. He arranges all the services for us like Motobike, tour to visit Halong bay (we get all cheaper price than the other guests on cruise). So we hightly recommend this room to all the other guests.
