Simple, but Awesome

A little removed from downtown the Kon Klor Hotel (KKH) is set in mature gardens, close to the eponymous suspension bridge. Rooms are well priced & as mentioned, set in a lovely garden. Simple, but functional KKH is a little suburban oasis.

Good hotel /hostel
Reviewed By geoffj1983Stayed here 1 night. Booked 1 bed in a 8 bed dorm I think it was. I had the room to myself though, so it was like a private room. Very clean and nice room /beds. Had a small few breakfast. The staff was very polite and helpful. Only thing I would change would be to post the wifi password somewhere in the lobby and/or rooms. I could have asked but it was late and I didn't want to bother the family that I think runs it. Good place to stay though! ?

Good value
Reviewed By ghyubiopI stayed 2 nights in the Hoang Van hotel. The hotel was quiet in a quiet street. The room was clean, spacious, with airco. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did not speak English well, but made the effort and had the patience to try and communicate in English. In the end, it always worked out. Kontum is totally off the beaten track, so this was part of the charm. They ordered a taxi for me, which was cheaper than the one I had taken at the airport according to the standard (or maximum?) rate. Good value, trustworthy.

A nice hotel on the river
Reviewed By Chris HI got placed here by the tour company. It's a good placement. The hotel is on the south end of town not far from Rt. 1 on the river. This quiet town is so special. The hotel isn't busy and the staff is very nice and speaks understandable English. I was assigned to a north facing room that had a great view. however, I wanted the river view which they charged USD 5 more for and warned me it would be hot. It was, but by the time I got in for the day it was comfortable and the river view was great as was the morning sunrise. The room clean with all of the amenities needed. The morning breakfast was a bit more catered to a Chinese breakfast than Western, but not bad.

Reviewed By vit745I rent a room for 2 persons. The room is nice, neat and comfortable. Especially, the location of the hotel is very convinient cause it is in the main Phan Dinh Phung Street. They have English speaker and she is very helpful. Lovely experience. Will come back then
