Reviews on Pizza food in Canterbury Region, South Island, New Zealand. Christchurch, the Garden City, and the Canterbury region are the perfect destination for daredevils. From northern Kaikoura to Waimate in the south, Canterbury is an adventure sports paradise. Hangliding, helibiking, bungee jumping, snowboarding, jetboating, rafting and skydiving get the adrenaline going. Golfing, flightseeing, swimming with dolphins and soaking in thermal pools are more laid-back temptations. Christchurch, a city of parks and gardens, is the countrys third largest urban area.

My husband and I stopped by Fairlie to spend the night after passing by Tekapo and we were decided to have dinner at this quaint and cosy restaurant. We ordered the pork ribs which was served with a large side of fries and coleslaw. The ribs were average however I have never ever tasted such amazing coleslaw! They were prepared fresh and incredibly crunchy!! The fries were fried to perfection! Service was excellent. Needless to say, we would definitely be back if we ever drop by this small town again. Highly recommended!

Twice we rocked up to this restaurant without reservations and both times they accommodated us without fuss. Generous Italian hospitality and an inclusive wine list with Peroni beers. The food was authentic like in Italy and the flavours uncomplicated, silky smooth Italian pastas and gnocchis. We had the pear and Roquefort salad as a starter which Iâd have again. The pizzas are wood fired and about the right texture but could be a little crispier. Lamb pasta was outstanding. All four of us would go again today if we lived in Christchurch. Cannoli I could eat all day.

Benvenuti. Since 1991 Cafe Valentino has been one of Christchurch's favourite dining and drinking destinations, and it's easy to see why. Cafe Valentino offers superb food, an excellent bar and great atmosphere! Lunch at 3.00? Dinner at 9.00? No problem!
This is where you go in Christchurch if you miss having a pizza in Naples. Wood-fired pizzas with a wide range of toppings and the ability to customise one to your tastes as well. They have great pasta too, plus a range of desserts, but this boy tends to go for pizza only (should I name drop the Sorrento and Naples pizzerias I've visited?) as I miss the authentic ones I've had in Italy. This is the closest to it. Efficient, polite wait staff, great range of New Zealand, international and Italian wines and speedy service. Bookings absolutely essential.

We prepare and cook woodfired pizzas to order with only fresh and local ingredients. We provide vegetarian and gluten free options.
Another great meal of pizza at Little High. Somehow didn't make the same impact as least time, which was 6 out of 5, but still great pizza and wonderful milk shakes. Only has straight chips this time, at daughter's suggestion. Wrong! The loaded chips are fantastic and a definite for the next visit. Same for pizza - go for the full value tastes and enjoy. Thanks for the review ...we appreciate your feedback

The Black Rabbit Pizza Co is a small, family owned artisan pizza restaurant located in Kaikoura, NZ. We have recently completed renovations and are now fully licensed, serving some of NZ's finest craft beer and wines. Enjoy our dine-in, unique funky resta
We were staying overnight in Kaikoura and could not find a restaurant that wasn't booked up. We had Black Rabbit pizza on our list so we ended up just going there. We got seated right away and enjoyed the Aloha pizza we ordered. It was fresh and crispy and the staff made sure we didn't need anything else. Highly recommend.

Quality Pizza, generous toppings with perfect thin crusts, we chose the chicken apricot and hickory bay meat lovers which was ample for 4 adults. We stopped here after a late arrival into Akaroa looking for an alternative to the traditional Akaroa Fish & Chips, what a sensational choice with La Rangis, this has to be up there in taste & value anywhere in the Canterbury region when your wanting pizzas. 5 Star service, we'll definitely be back. Hidden gem in a small but beautiful tourist town.

From the moment we arrived for lunch the staff were welcoming and attentive. We had our pick of tables and the place was beautiful and inviting. We chose the salmon belly (starter), asparagus (share), duck and chicken (mains). I also asked for extra olive oil which wasn't a problem, the lovely lady even bought out extra sauce. The food was so tasty! Good options for those on keto or eating low carb.

Rogues creates a captivating experience of uncompromising goodness. Step in from the hustle and bustle of Riccarton and unwind in understated style. Survey the street side atmosphere from the swanky vintage bar. Kick in for the afternoon in the laid back,
Very impressed with the food selection, very creative and can tell the chef is passionate about flavour and presentation.I had the balsamic beef cheek, it was cooked to perfection and even the greens were surprisingly flavourful. My husband had a bacon buttie, the bacon was crispy but was not greasy and the chutney inside was perfectly matched. We will definitely be back and try their dinner and dessert menu!!Thanks heaps for the fantastic review, appreciated. Will pass on your kind comments to the kitchen crew. The Balsamic Beef Cheek is a favourite amongst the team as well, it's a fantastic dish.Yes please do come back and see us for dinner or dessert some time soon.Regards S

Tutto Bene Italian Restaurant Pizzeria is one of the most popular restaurants in Christchurch. Be transported to a âlittle piece of Italyâ as you step through the doors. View our lovingly-amassed collection of Italian memorabilia on the walls, breathe in
Family meal last night in remembrance of our lost son so not a celebration but more a remembrance. Service friendly and very helpful. Ambiance very good. Buzzy for an early Thursday night.Bruschetta was very good and kids well looked after. Major downside was the seafood risottos. Both were disappointing as a large amount of stock had not been absorbed as it should be. Very disappointing. Everything was swimming in stock. In comparison the risotto at No. 4 restaurant, just round the corner, is always excellent and perfection. Try it. No relationship with No. 4.
