Had dinner there. Ordered the Calzone and Bologna Special. The Calzone was quite a big one , and well prepared. The Bologna special was Pizza with Mortadella. I would say it was just Ok. All in all, the restaurant has a nice ambiance, and staff was Ok.

Mozzabella was delicious! I loved how they mix traditional pizza toppings in creative ways. The quality of the their ingredients was very high too, I would definitely recommend eating there!Thank you Ruth!We use only the top of quality, and seasonal ingredients. We had our best restaurant experience ever in Italy here last November. From the flat bread pizza appetizers to the dolci and limoncello, everything was perfect. I'm not kidding. Our meals and wine were excellent. Having said all that, I have to say that the service and the whole staff were the absolute best! We were lucky to be seated for dinner, even though we had no reservation, which limited our time to about an hour and a half, before the table was needed for a reservation. That was plenty of time for us. The staff person, Irene, I think, was so accommodating and gracious. We have made 4 trips to Italy in the last few years and this dinner experience was the best. We will return to Bologna and we will eat here again.

One of the best meals weâve ever eaten in Italy. We enjoyed a very flavoursome Caprese Salad for Starters and a Vegetable Pizza for main with a nice Chianti. Nothing short of exceptional food quality! The service was very friendly, fast and welcoming too. Lots of locals inside (a good sign). Great for people watching. Saw and elderly couple that looked like theyâd be coming for years! Best pizza outside of Naples, without a shadow of a doubt! Recommended! 5 stars!

I never realized how important Bologna is on the Italian food scene until I visited there recently. It's the epicenter for many popular pasta dishes, so this place did not disappoint. I had the tortellini in broth (a local specialty) and it was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious. My husband had the bolognese which was super tasty. Our waiter was charming and attentive and answered all our questions. He recommended a lovely local wine and then gave us our choice of grappa or limoncello on the house.

I would never eat here if I didn't search TA for a good pizza in Bologna. This small bar is outside the prime tourist area, some 15-20 min walk from the main Piazza Maggiore, and it's packed with locals what is always a good sign.On a hot Saturday night there was no space to sit outside (we didn't want to sit inside - it's like in an oven) so we waited almost an hour for a table. It was worth it - terrific home made Napoli style pizza and craft beer at very, very normal prices.All the personnel is super friendly and kind and speaking good English.
