Wow! What a great restaurant with great personal service.At first, the music set us off as it felt like we were entering a night club. Whilst this place has the views and ultimate location over the cliff top thatâs about all they have.We made a reservation for dinner, only to be told on arrival that they were fully booked?! We then got squeezed on a small table for 4 at max but there were 6 of us. We visited for dinner whilst attending a wedding in Uluwatu for something the different and whilst the view was spectacular the food was barely edible. We had pizzas which were basically dough with a bit of tomato sauce on them. The Nasi Goreng was overcooked and bland. Water was $6 AU a bottle and drinks at the top end of Bali prices.Staff were very pretentious and not considerate to our needs, just trying to rush us out so they could clear the table.Hi AV8R88,Thank you so much for your feedback and we apologies if your experience at Ulu Cliffhouse did not meet your expectation.We note that one of the staff from your hotel reserved the table for you through a phone call. We have explained to him that our restaurant table was fully booked and we only have daybeds available. We believe there was a miscommunication in passing the information from the hotel staff. There was one table for four available when you arrived so we offered them to you and your family. Sunday is indeed the day when we have live DJ playing, we are sorry if the music does not meet your taste and is too loud for you.We wish you a great time in Bali and hoping to give you a better experience in the future.
