Reviewed By Isabelle_AchleitnerOur stay at the Mango Tree Inn couldn't have been better. We received the Deluxe Room which is still very new. We liked the special design and the private balcony with a wonderful view of the garden and the green nature. This place is so peaceful. You only hear the birds singing in the morning, it's perfect for a relaxing stay and still close to the beach and the restaurants. What made our stay even more special was the time that we spent with our host Chocolate. He was always there for us and took care of the organization of our activities (snorkelling/diving/fishing tour). We had some fun evenings together, chatting, eating local food and singing karaoke. Choc was treating us more like his friends than like tourists. All in all a perfect stay. A special thanks also to Kale who served us a delicious breakfast every morning, cleaned our room and was always super friendly. We hope to be back soon!

Adila and her husband are the nicest people you ever meet and they will help you with every question you have. The rooms are beautiful, with a cute pool on the terrace and a breathtaking view on the hills. The warung itself is great. Everything we tasted was delicious - from breakfast to dinner. We strongly recommend choosing the special menu: a great introduction in Balinese cooking!

Reviewed By lchilcoat2000Beautiful views and sunsets! Stayed over night and had an enjoyable time. The pool and beach are very nice and enjoyable. Rooms are clean and neat with good bedding and cold AC and hot shower . Cable stations are plentiful and enjoyable. What they can improve on in my opinion is their good & beverage operations in their restaurant. Breakfast is average with a western or Indonesian choice and no buffet breakfast . Food options are the same for both lunch and dinner. Al in all a nice stay with a very outgoing staff.

We can organize fun diving and snorkeling trips to Menjangan Island as well as beginner open water courses up to advance level.

Pondok Shindu is only a few minutes walk from the beach with fantastic snorkelling, delicious restaurants and a great spa for massages nearby. Our favourite time of day was coming back from an early morning snorkel and having breakfast on our porch surrounded by lush plants. The owners Brux and Karen couldn't have been more helpful, giving advice on where to snorkel, organising a driver (who was very professional and drove safely) and more. If you are working, as I was, there is a desk in the room and the wifi is great. We did not want to leave, it felt like a home away from home and hope to come back!

Lovely garden setting
Reviewed By Woosie58Just recently reopened and a nice place for dinner. We have not stayed here but the rooms and property are very clean and well presented. We have been for dinner a few times and been very happy with the meals and the friendly service. It is a beautiful garden setting and the food is all at very reasonable local prices. We also celebrated a birthday here one night and they happily organised any food requirements we wanted and also put up complimentary decorations which was a very kind thought.
