I had the best time experience at this restaurant! The most delicious food and awesome staff! This cute cafe is a hidden treasure and the staff and food makes it come to light! Being from the US, I would recommend it to everyone back home! And thank you to Abdol L., who was every so helpful :)
Welcome to Restaurant La Palmeraie near the famous Erg Chebbi sand dunes of Merzouga.
We visited with the friends and we all had a great lunch in our way to the deserts. We ordered a Berber Pizza and we all liked it. Very welcome and very friendly staff.Highly recommended for Berber Pizza in this lovely Restaurant!
Our tour van stopped for lunch at the Kasbah Ennasra. (BTW: Despite that their business card gives the hotelâs URL as www.hotelkasbahennasra.com, donât believe it. Itâs not .com, but .net.)It was so delightful to eat something with crunch for a change and without lamb. (Lamb tagine nearly every day can get old, especially if you dislike lamb, dislike the taste of lamb, dislike the smell of lambâ¦. You get it.) A lovely dish of peppers and rice (hot, not spicy) was followed by a magnificent, very crispy, two-crust beef and onion "pizza." I am not a fan of beef, either, but the seasoning was so wonderful that I forgot the meat was beef. The bread was yummy (as it was everywhere I ate in Morocco). Then came chicken with preserved lemon in a tagine pot. Iâm not sure that it was over the top, but it surely was delicious, especially not being lamb! Dessert was fresh grapes and sweet, ripe honeydew slices. This would have been a completely wonderful meal except for the swarms of flies that surrounded us and landed on everything. I joined a small group of us at a table outside, but we quickly left to go inside to escape the flies. Nope. The flies were everywhere inside, too. I donât mean a couple or family of flies. This was a fly convention!
My girlfriend and I enjoyed an amazing adventure trip around Erg Chebbi Sand dunes. After we come back to Merzouga village we had a delicious Tagine for lunch cooked by Omar and his team of expert at Cafe Restaurant Taymat. We recommend it to everyone who want to taste Moroccan food.

A friend recommended their cafe for my small group of travelers to try when in Merzouga as we stop in the desert on our trips. The staff - super friendly. The coffee - amazing. The wifi - strong! :) The views from the terrace - breathtaking. It was my first visit there so I had not planned to stay for a meal as made other arrangements. Now that I have experienced it first hand I will definitely bring my guests here on my next small group Travel Experience for a meal! Thanks for the great impression and experience, LâExpert!
I would recommend Cafe Amraoui if you are looking for a place to eat in Rissani. The set menu including soup and a main is good value and the food well prepared. The owner was very friendly and explained the menu choices to us very carefully. However, there was a slight mix-up and my dining companion got the same dish as me, even if she actually ordered something different.

We ordered couscus in almost every place in Morocco and only here in this restaurant oasis tafilalet it's in the way of merzouga we got something special. Coucous was dark yellow and not as dry as usual, it tasted wonderfully. We also liked the berber pizza!( Medfounna). which also were prepared differently. The interior design was beautiful and prices reasonable. oaisis tafilalet made us very welcome in the restaurant...the service is excellant . The food is amazing and i highly .recommend this restaurant for a truly authentic moroccan experience thank alot aich and bary sure we will be back again

Moroccan cuisine is very delicious, even when it remains simple. The taste of market products from local producers is further enhanced by savory spice mixtures, but not too strong. They consist of a starter, a main course traditionally a Madfouna pizza. A
Best tajin and Berbers omlet ever! Delicious, fresh, home cooked, traditional food! It is a great pleasure to eat at the Restaurant Panorama and stay in the Hotel Panorama. From the beginning we felt like in a family. Excellent atmosphere and the most friendly and hospitable owner you can imagine! Thank You Hassan.

Our guide brought us to this authentic Berber pizza place in Rissani. We didnât know about this dish and we let them treat us. It reminded us of a Spanish meat pie and was really good and tasty. Thank you very much for discovering us this dish!

Moroccan Restaurant with Typical style located next to the Market ,90 Meters from CTM bus stop ,we served moroccan food ;Tagines ,Couscous ,Salads ,Harira ,in addition to the famous local food of Rissani Berber Pizza (Madfouna)
I was there with a friend. We had lunch, and waited there for the next 6 hours because our bus was scheduled to leave at 7.30pm. The owner was really kind to let us stay there while waiting for the bus without additional fees (also we can enjoy wifi - which surprisingly fast). After 3 hours waiting, the owner kept coming making sure that we all OK, and shared some fruits. As we get to talk to them more, we just learned that they were really friendly and let us tasted the Berber Pizza for free. In addition, the food is also great. And really value for money. All tours ended up here for lunch so that probably shows how good this place is. I would really recommend travellers to visit!
