Moroccan cuisine is very delicious, even when it remains simple. The taste of market products from local producers is further enhanced by savory spice mixtures, but not too strong. They consist of a starter, a main course traditionally a Madfouna pizza. Additionaly will be a Moroccan salad or varied. The dish will be a choice: Madfouna taijiine, couscous, delicious grilled meat kebabs, or a Berber omelette. And usually for dessert you will enjoy seasonal fruits.

Best meal I had in the whole country in 2 weeks. Ridiculously cheap and fresh. You guys gotta add this place (there's only 2 other spots in Rissani and they suck).

For lunch we had a very good Berber omelet. This tasted very good. The restaurant is a bit hard to find, but somebody will guide you to this place, but of course then you have to go to the market as well .
For a nice price you get a large omelet.

We ordered couscus in almost every place in Morocco and only here in this restaurant oasis tafilalet it's in the way of merzouga we got something special. Coucous was dark yellow and not as dry as usual, it tasted wonderfully. We also liked the berber pizza!( Medfounna). which also were prepared differently. The interior design was beautiful and prices reasonable. oaisis tafilalet made us very welcome in the restaurant...the service is excellant . The food is amazing and i highly .recommend this restaurant for a truly authentic moroccan experience

We stopped in the restaurant chez mbarek in Rissani to try the local Berber pizza and it was amazing! Definitely too much food for two people so bring some friends. The staff was very friendly and we also enjoyed a tasty salad and fruit for dessert.Good prices on local specials .we are happy to recoommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a great food in Rissani
than it's possible to make reservation before thay are making the best service ......

I had the best time experience at this restaurant! The most delicious food and awesome staff! This cute cafe is a hidden treasure and the staff and food makes it come to light! Being from the US, I would recommend it to everyone back home! And thank you to Abdol L., who was every so helpful :)

Our tour van stopped for lunch at the Kasbah Ennasra. (BTW: Despite that their business card gives the hotel’s URL as www.hotelkasbahennasra.com, don’t believe it. It’s not .com, but .net.)
It was so delightful to eat something with crunch for a change and without lamb. (Lamb tagine nearly every day can get old, especially if you dislike lamb, dislike the taste of lamb, dislike the smell of lamb…. You get it.) A lovely dish of peppers and rice (hot, not spicy) was followed by a magnificent, very crispy, two-crust beef and onion "pizza." I am not a fan of beef, either, but the seasoning was so wonderful that I forgot the meat was beef. The bread was yummy (as it was everywhere I ate in Morocco). Then came chicken with preserved lemon in a tagine pot. I’m not sure that it was over the top, but it surely was delicious, especially not being lamb! Dessert was fresh grapes and sweet, ripe honeydew slices.
This would have been a completely wonderful meal except for the swarms of flies that surrounded us and landed on everything. I joined a small group of us at a table outside, but we quickly left to go inside to escape the flies. Nope. The flies were everywhere inside, too. I don’t mean a couple or family of flies. This was a fly convention!

Restaurant kasbah tafilalet is a good local in our point of vue. We get a perfect moments by drink saharien tea at resceprion. So luch time is morocan salad with delicious tajin
We doesnt finde medfouna because we eat it 1year ago it was very delicious taste at the same restaurant

We visited with the friends and we all had a great lunch in our way to the Deserts. We ordered a Berber Pizza and we all liked it. Very welcome and very friendly staff. Highly recommended for Berber Pizza in this lovely Restaurant!
