Only 15 minutes by car from the city center of Ouarzazate. We have 8 spacious and nicely decorated rooms that can fit until 6 persons each. As an ecological setting we always search for sustainable choices: the electricity comes from modern solar panels, rooms with fan and veggie gardens daily cared by our staff. We offer different activities: enjoy the pleasant views from the barrage with kaiaking, rowing boats or fishing. At our restaurant we carefully prepare the best berber typical dishes offering high quality food using some fresh directly from our plantations. Come and enjoy one night under the stars far from light pollution with the best berber tradicional music by real nomads of the Sahara Desert.
Wonderful place to break your journey to the desert
Reviewed By annekS2202PPA small group of us stayed here overnight en route to the desert. The rooms are huge and very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had a warm welcome and a quick transition to our rooms, lovely tasty evening meal and good breakfast the following morning. Great locations, just out of Ouarzazate so very quiet, gorgeous swimming pool, solar water heating, sustainable tourism and family run. ps Bad reviews are often people not understanding the culture of Morocco so don't be put off by them, this is a good place run by good people. We are staying there on next year's trip.

Reviewed By RutgerH6Went to Sahara Garden in November 2021, very kind people at the reception and overall staff. The room, ambience etc was absolutely perfect. Nothing else to say. The hotel is straight accross the sand dunes and it is really relaxed en chill. No other toerists that can bother you.

It is very simple, the decoration is very special, every room has a theme, you can find the typical Morocco tapestry, hand craft and furniture. If you are looking for a place to rest, to be calm where the only sound you hear is the wind from the Desert Dunes. Well... This is your place! Food is very good, the owner and his brother are just fantastic!

Tranquil and stunning place to stay in the heart of the oasis
Reviewed By saffyk13I stayed at the Maison La Berberina with my family while visiting friends in Goulmima. It was my highlight of my last Morocco trip. The place is clean and authentic. Simply beautiful. A fusion of traditional style and modern facilities. I had a wonderful sleep. Souad has done a wonderful job creating an amazing place to stay with class and style. A special thank to Rachid, who became our friend and looked after us. Definitely recommend staying here on your road trip!

low budget travellers best place in ouarzazate
Reviewed By natbal1967this is a very nice hotel for low budget travellers travelling with public transport. its just at the main square pedestrian zone with shops and market and cafes and pizza... and nice locals relaxing in the evenings. if you book this hotel directly by phone it will be a lot cheaper than via booking.com . staff is very friendly, wifi is available for free. rooms are very simple but clean with your own bathroom simple style. view from roof terrace is fantastic!

Reviewed By oriolesquenaThe house is situated in Hassilabied, a small but wonderful village in the side of the desert, with great views of it from the beautiful terrace. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. We couldnever get tired of it! Ahmed, the host, was excellent, he was always taking care of us and made everything so easy. Also he recommended us the best things to do in the desert. We couldn't have had a better stay, we loved the house and the charming hosts. We will sure come back!

This wonderful, relaxing auberge is ideally located in the village of Hassi Labied, right next the famous Erg Chebbi sand dunes. The Seggaoui family welcomes you to our authentic and traditional guesthouse. We are just a few hundred meters from the village center, and a few meters from sand dunes. decorated in traditional Berber style. Common areas, services and activities We have free transport to and from the bus station. Breakfast is included in the price, and we have a restaurant, where lunch and dinner can be ordered
Amazing host
Reviewed By NadinA21I stayed there in September with my friend. The owner was so lovely. It was my birthday and he surprised me and my best friend with a lovely dinner + cake. The owner is kind and genuine. He also runs his own tour from Merzouga to Marrakech with amazing stops in between. The hotel and food was absolutely lovely. 10/10 location. The first night we arrived, he took us on a walk to see the stars. The hospitality and graciousness is beyond belief! I can’t wait to be back!

Reviewed By Axelle1408Maison d'hôtes dans un cadre magnifique. Saïd, le gérant, est extrêmement accueillant. Il nous a offert du thé et des cacahuètes/amandes durant notre moment à la piscine. Nous avons été invités à partager le repas de ramadan avec sa famille. Il nous a ensuite emmené sur une colline afin de voir Goulmima d'en haut ; puis nous a offert un thé en ville. Bon petit-déjeuner. Chambre et sdb propres. Mon compagnon avait l'accès au wifi alors que je ne captais rien avec mon gsm. Parking privé et fermé. Rapport qualité/prix correct pour le service reçu. Une adresse à retenir si on retourne dans ce coin.
