We went here for a lunch . Staff are very friendly , extremely nice food . Yusuf are always welcoming and making sure that you enjoyed your meals . Definitely recommend.

Nice hotel with excellent service. Aoy and Khunnut at the Prego and Summer from the front desk were superb! Everyone in the hotel including the keeping ladies were great. Spa was very relaxing. Room was nice with sea view. Very nice environment. This is an authentic Italian restaurant at the Katathani Beach-side Resort.Our second visit, and every bit as good as we remembered from the previous visit. Impeccable service and food, with wine list to match.Up to any Italian restaurant we've eaten at in Melbourne and with service that exceeds most.Highly recommended.

Not really that impressed. Lots of regulars here so maybe it is just my pizza. Dry hard crust with only topping on 60% of the base. Disappointed really. They didnât even slice it. Probably the worst pizza I have had in Thailand.

Visited this restaurant yesterday with family who live in Phuket. We were the only diners in the restaurant. Our family who brought us here spoke very highly of the restaurant, the food, the ambience and the wonderful personality of the owner. But alas it was a disaster and our family who loved coming here have vowed they will not return. Why.......to begin with when we started to order our food, the waitress came to our table with the offer of a starter special which in fact would cost more than if we had ordered them individually, then every thing we requested was not available. Her attitude and ability to deal with the situation was unprofessional. We could see the manager sitting at a table and she made no effort to relieve the situation. When we asked to speak to her, it was like she couldn't be bothered. We asked her where the owner was. "The owner is In Switzerland", at that she walked away. So we did likewise and left.I would also add that your menu is extremely overpriced!!After leaving here, we went to a beautiful restaurant called 'We', where the food matched the customer service.......excellent! Bellini you need to get your act together, a start might be some customer service training. Hi squinlan2012Thank you for the review,We regret you did not enjoy your stay with us although it seems the food was enjoyed.It is difficult to investigate with out knowing more details however the only out of stock issue that can up around that time was for mussels - perhaps that was the issue and we are sorry but that item is always dependent on stock at the market that day.. Regarding the owner in Switzerland we are at a bit of a loss as the three partner are all here in Phuket.I hope we can welcome you back.

Saturday night I ordered a pizza delivery from here. Communication through their Facebook page was easy and very polite and helpful.I ordered a large pizza half diavalo and half prosciutto and mushroom. In no time at all it was delivered fresh and delicious to my door.The Pizza was perfect, fresh and tasty also ordered the apple pie which was equally delicious. You can tell it was home made and quality of the pie was excellent.Highly recommended and I'm gonna try alot more of their menu.

Nice little restaurant at the top of Chalong Pier road. Had the belly pork and beef fillet, both were excellent and very tasty. The menu is not huge but that is probably why the food is good. Limited wine list but also not a real problem. Pricing is very good value for the quality. Highly recommend.
