Delicious fresh burgers...maybe the best I've had! I tried the Hawaiian burger, with Australian beef, grilled pineapple, bacon, and ham on a soft bun. Highly recommended if you're in Phuket Town.

Visited this restaurant yesterday with family who live in Phuket. We were the only diners in the restaurant. Our family who brought us here spoke very highly of the restaurant, the food, the ambience and the wonderful personality of the owner. But alas it was a disaster and our family who loved coming here have vowed they will not return. Why.......to begin with when we started to order our food, the waitress came to our table with the offer of a starter special which in fact would cost more than if we had ordered them individually, then every thing we requested was not available. Her attitude and ability to deal with the situation was unprofessional. We could see the manager sitting at a table and she made no effort to relieve the situation. When we asked to speak to her, it was like she couldn't be bothered. We asked her where the owner was. "The owner is In Switzerland", at that she walked away. So we did likewise and left.I would also add that your menu is extremely overpriced!!After leaving here, we went to a beautiful restaurant called 'We', where the food matched the customer service.......excellent! Bellini you need to get your act together, a start might be some customer service training. Regarding the owner in Switzerland we are at a bit of a loss as the three partner are all here in Phuket.I hope we can welcome you back.

Just visited this restaurant today and I was the only one guest at that time.Greeted by the Manager and she was very accommodative and nice. Ended up by order rocket salad, pizza and tiramisu.Overall the taste of the foods were nice just the tiramisu a bit to sweet.They have plenty options for the Italian wines. A must place to visit while you are around the Phuket Old town.

Saturday night I ordered a pizza delivery from here. Communication through their Facebook page was easy and very polite and helpful.I ordered a large pizza half diavalo and half prosciutto and mushroom. In no time at all it was delivered fresh and delicious to my door.The Pizza was perfect, fresh and tasty also ordered the apple pie which was equally delicious. You can tell it was home made and quality of the pie was excellent.Highly recommended and I'm gonna try alot more of their menu.

The restaurant itself is modern design and very clean. The food is very good in both taste and value. The staff are friendly and efficient. I recommend the pizzas especially, but these is a good choice of Italian specialities. Wine selection is limited but is of good quality and there is fresh Italian coffee and a smoothie/ juice menu. Location and ease of parking are advantageous.

I have been worked in Phuket at least 4 years but I did not know where it is. I knew this restaurant because of my friend recommend. I surprisingly for the food and presentation. The wild rocket salad was excellence, Lamb, Carb Spaghetti as well.This is very small but cozy. We dined at OSAT for dinner. We tried a 4 chese pizza, chicken wings and spaghetti carbonara. All was very nice. Beers are reasonably priced along with the meals. The owners and staff are friendly and interesting to talk to. There is a modern industrial decore inside the air-conditioned dining area. Would recommend this restaurant ad would come again.
