We went here with friends, and were mostly very pleased with it, the food was good, with a fairly large buffet for salads and starters ( which pleased the vegetarian in our group). The servers were friendly, but they need to work on their organization a bit. Our table was passed by multiple times ( and generally when just the cut of meat that I really like was on the skewer). This did annoy me somewhat.That by side, I expect that I will likely return here.Dear starfighter441,Thanks for writing us. We are sorry, that you aren't completely happy with your visit. I looked on Trip advisor for a restaurant while here on business and needed to have a quick meal on my own.Walked to this place,easy to find near the centre.Clearly Italian owned and the home cooking was lovely.Quite simple menu and wines but just so good.Ambience friendly and not up market but good with families and all ages enjoying the food and wines.

Am Mi, 24.07.19 war ich kurzfristig (als Ersatz) wieder im Apollon in Bühl zu Gast und habe wieder lecker gegessen.Auf dem Kassenbon steht "Griechisches Spezialitäten-Restaurant", daher habe ich ich dies heute als Titel meiner Bewertung gewählt.Die heutigen Spezialitäten:Heute habe ich einmal die "Tagessuppe" abgefragt und es gab heute "Fasolada" = Bohnensuppe für 3,50 â¬==> Fasolada ist eine griechische, levantinische und zypriotische Suppe aus trockenen weiÃen Bohnen, Olivenöl und Gemüse. Es wird auch manchmal als "Nationalgericht der Griechen" bezeichnet.Hauptgericht:Bauernsalat mit PutenspieÃen und Santsiki für 15,80 â¬Dessert:Baileys-Eis (Vanilleeis mit Baileys und Sahne) für 5,50 â¬Getränke:Radler groà für 3,80 â¬Im Gesamten war ich mit meiner heutigen Auswahl sehr zufrieden, die Bohnensuppe war echt lecker ... hätte ich im Vorfeld nicht gedacht ... da ich kein Bohnensuppen-Esser eigentlich bin.Der Bauernsalat wurde auf meinen Wunsch ohne Oliven, dafür mit mehr Tomaten/Gurken angerichtet.Ich kann das Apollon mit sehr gut weiterempfehlen, da die Wirtsleute freundlich und zuvorkommend den Gästen sind und man sich als Gast ganz einfach wohlfühlt.Gerne wieder ... bis bald...

Deserves better than a No7 rating . One of the best Italian dining I have experienced anywhere . The Porcini Mushroom Risotto really good . The fillet steak cooked to perfection. Very helpful serving staff particularly the female who helped us with our lack of the German language . 5star rating well deserved Grazie! Location is amazing and nice outdoor feel. But donât go on a hot day, no fans and can be very hot. Good food, service can improve. But worth the experience

Heute (18.02.19 gegen 13:30 Uhr) war ich zu Gast im Mauritius in Bühl. Nach Betreten wurde ich durch einen Mitarbeiter freundlich begrüÃt und ich hatte freie Tischwahl. Der Mitarbeiter empfahl mit das tägliche Bussines-Lunch-Büffet für 8,50 ⬠pro Person. Dieses beinhaltet: ein buntes Salatbüffet, das warme Büffet mit Suppe, Fisch, Fleisch, Gemüse, Reis, Pasta - bei meinem Besuch gab uns zusätzlich noch Pizza. Während meines Besuches hat die Inhaber-Familie an einem Nebentisch ebenfalls gerade zu Mittag gegessen, was mich persönlich nicht störte, allerdings wenn die Inhaber im Restaurant schon da sind, dann sollten diese auch zumindest einmal zumindest guten Tag sagen und nicht einfach wortlos an den Gästen vorbeilaufen, nur weil sie diese nicht kennen. Insgesamt waren 3 Gäste, welche im Laufe dann bezahlten und ich alleine war. Laut HP gibt es Küche bis 14:30 Uhr und um 14:05 Uhr kam die Frau des Chefs in Richtung Büffet und fragte in meine Richtung, ob ich den mit essen fertig sei? Dies die Eindrücke die ich vor Ort erlebt habe - ich empfand es als ein wenig gedrängt zu werden, so nach dem Motto, wir wollen Mittagspause machen.Im Gesamten kann ich jetzt nur für das Mittagsbüffet sprechen -> kann man preislich nichts falsch machen - im Kundenservice kann man nachbessern.Zu Trinken hatte ich ein Radler 0,5 l für 4,00 â¬.

I went with my parents because we heard of this new restaurant. The waiter was really friendly and is a good somelier. The food was authentic. The waiter explained that everything is handmade and we could taste it. We had the recommendable antipasti plate, salmon with spinach and noodles, lasagna and lemon tagliatelle with shrimps. All very delicious and a good portion. The atmosphere was very nice. Candles on the table, Italian background music and perfect service. To sum up. For me the best italian food in Bühl.Will be back soon.

The Manager immediately made us feel welcome, he's spent time managing good restaurants in London and his Greek background make for the perfect combination of good food, great atmosphere and excellent service. He was so good, we made this place our place to eat Christmas Lunch (even though we had planned to do our own). The whole stuffed calamari was divine, the Fillet steaks were really good too. The views from the restaurant are pretty good too. The ouzo, grappa etc flow freely and it doesn't cost a fortune. Even though the waiters aren't fluent in English, they made every effort and there were no misunderstandings taking our order and getting it right. We invited some friends from South Africa who were travelling about 60 miles away for an evening meal and we had an absolute blast and they loved to food and atmosphere too. Highly recommend if you're in the area and we would definitely return should we be in the area again.
