Friendly, quick and tasty sushi and sashimi at Anamizu. They serve also soup and dessert. Lots of parking place. Some seats are on the (revolving) counter, and some are regular tables adjacent to the counter.

we travel down to Anamizu for oyster meal ã¡ãããéä¸åæçå, (ChankoNabeIchihinRyouri RIKI)Mapcode283 228 711Tel 0768-52-2164Open everyday 11:30-14:30, 17:00-21:00I have difficulty trying to locate the place even with GPS. The neighborhood is quiet and fortunately, we found a lady who happen to come out from her house. After realize that I don't understand Japanese, she went back to her house and took out a paper and pen to draw out the directions. Such a kind soul. We found the restaurant, it is run by an elderly couple who only speak Japanese. We asked for menu and through gesture, managed to order ãªãªã¸ãã«æµ·é®®å¤©ä¸¼ (Original Seafood Tempura-don; orijinaru kaisen ten don) The tempura includes local fish, shrimp, octopus, shiso (perilla), kabocha, asparagus, and eggplant, among other things and ã¤ãµã¶ããæ丼, (Fried Oyster Donburi, issaza kakiage don) and snail-like sashimi. It is so fresh and tasty.It cost us 4400 yen.We are given the chopstick that we used for the meal as a souvenir.

Looking out over a serene bay, this family run cafe serves robatayaki seafood that is absolutely beautiful. Fresh from the local ocean, in large quantity, you can sit around the coals and cook up a protein feast. Make sure you ask for some jazz music as the local husband and wife are an amazing duo - after they leave their daily farming commitments.A real delight off the beaten track.
