Wir sind durch einen Groupon Gutschein auf das Restaurant aufmerksam geworden und waren Freitagabend dort ein dreigang Menü mit Fisch oder Fleisch essen und haben es nicht bereut. Wenn man im Lokal sitzt fühlt man sich ein klein wenig wie in Italien in einer kleinen Trattoria. Wir wurden sehr nett vom Wirt begrüÃt. Es gab zuerst einen gemischten Vorspeisenteller mit verschiedenen Antipasti und kleinen frisch aufgebackenen Minibrötchen ,dazu haben wir einen leckeren Aperitif getrunken. Die Schriftsatz war vorzüglich und hat Lust auf mehr gemacht. Zum Hauptgericht, meine Frau hatte Doradenfilet an WeiÃwein Zitronensauce und ich das Rinderfilet Toskanischer Art mit Gratin dazu haben wir passend einen leckeren WeiÃwein Pinot Grigio und einen Rotwein Montepulciano getrunken. Beide Gerichte waren erstklassig und super lecker. Das Filet so lecker gewürzt in Buttersauce mit Knoblauch ,es zerging auf der Zunge und das Doradenfilet auf den Punkt gebraten. Zum ebenfalls sehr leckeren Dessert, Pana Cotta und Expressoeis haben wir uns dann noch einen Espresso und jeweils einen sehr guten Grappa genehmigt um die ganze Sache abzurunden. Und nachdem wir uns sehr nett mit dem Wirt unterhalten haben gab's zum Abschluss noch einen Grappa aufs Haus. Wir können das Sottovoce wärmstens weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen auch ohne Gutschein.

Enjoyed a delightful afternoon here, on the outside terrace in the sun. Be it the Antipasti misto, the Rucola & Pinoli pasta, the fish filet or the Parigina Pizza....we all just loved the delicious traditional plates, and served with a smile ! Ask for the Ramazzotti Rosato of the house (see photo). Good selection of wines by the glass. Anytime Iâm in the neighbourhood around lunch or dinnertime, I stop here.

Went on a rainy day but sat just inside so had still that outdoor feeling. The waiter helped us choose and every course was authentic and wonderful .Decent prices too. Highly recommendable.

Wir haben an einem Freitagabend das Restaurant besucht und um 20 Uhr war das Restaurant ausgebucht, also Reservierung empfohlen. Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, schönes Ambiente und sehr gute Speisen. Das Antipasti für 2 Personen war zwar etwa Gemüselastig, aber die Ravioli mit Trüffel und die Lammhaxe waren absolute Spitze und auf jeden Fall ein Grund für den nächsten Besuch

Good food, nice personnel and reasonable prices, what more can you ask for? Yes, they have an excellent wine list also! And a large collection (ca 30) kinds of good grappa! Very nice terrace for dinner al fresco in summertime! I recommend Michelangelo!

Nice atmosphere, good food and very pleasant service make this Italian restaurant a must when in the area. The location is beautiful and gives its best especially on sunny days when it's possible to enjoy the terrace. The food is very well done but the selection is quite limited, only pasta and pizzas but with a lot of different sauces/toppings. Prices are roughly 15-20 EUR pp with a drink.I would definitely recommend this place.

Was visiting friends while were in Germany from the States and they took us to this amazing restaurant. Wow a personal pizza is larger than a family pizza in the states. And did it taste awesome. What really impressed me is they had an area for children to practice their pizza making skills.Ciao David,Thank you very much for giving us a good rating. We were pleased to have you with us. Forget the pizza and meatballs but be prepared for nice selection of starters, nice meat, salads, desserts. The staff, the service is outstanding. We had to wait longer for our table when they served us fresh brusvetta and prosecco to compensate the long waiting time. Again, food is amazing, small but fresh and aleays changing variety !

We had a business dinner in the upper level of the restaurant. The location is spacy and cozy at the same time. A lot of details in the decoration make you feel like having dinner at a friends place. I had to be at the Monchengladbach Football stadium. Nearby I found this Italian restaurant just somewhere in the neighbourhood. Lunchtime and I was the only guest in a modern place. They had made it a little Italian with some pictures on the wall and a big pizza oven. I ordered a scaloppini with mushrooms, rocket and Parma cheese. Some baked potatoes I took as an extra. While I was waiting they brought me a nice glass of red and some delicious fresh baked bread with oil and butter. In a decent time frame they also brought me the plate and it was tasty although a little dry. With a nice expresso and a bottle of water, I paid less than â¬25,= so actually it is a great place to have a bite.
