Located among a few other restaurants, however the "Adria" did stand out with their attractive entrance. The atmosphere is pleasant, cosy, and intiment and very comfortable.The food was outstanding with specialties such as "Saltimbocca all a Romana" and naturally a wonderful "Antipasti Platter" to start. The house wine was as great as good as anywhere in Italy.The service was attentive and all the cooking was prepared be the family.The best part was that the restaurant is run by three generations all of who actively manage, cook, and serve all you needs.Fantastic !!!

What a superb restaurant in a lovely little village.From the moment you arrive it is warm, friendly and inviting.The service is great, with a warmth that only comes from people who are genuinely pleased to have you as a visitor and customer.I was the guest of friends with whom I have been staying and they too were very impressed.The menu is quite small and varies in accordance with available fresh produce.My friends had a pasta dish and veal fillets with mushrooms and green pepper both described the meals as very very nice.I had a corn fed spring chicken dish, with an array of fresh vegetables and accompanying dried tomato and mustard sauce.It was clear the vegetables were fresh and this was evident in the color, firmness and taste.The skin of the chicken was crisp and and seasoned perfectly, the meat was juicy and tender and combined with the accompanying sauce created a perfect balance of flavors.I can honestly say this is the best meal I have ever had anywhere in Europe.Thank you for a memorable dining experience.

I was told this restaurant had amazing food. They did not disappoint there, but they placed me outside and did not return to the table after they gave me my Lasagna. I waited 35 minutes, but they did not come out to offer dessert or more drinks. I created a google translate message (I cannot speak German) which asked for the bill and that I was waiting 35 mins outside. She was very prompt with the bill and I was on my way. There was no apology about their behaviour. I would say if you are not a local, sit inside the restaurant, regardless of the noise.

After all the favorable reviews and the proximity to where I stayed, we just had to try this restaurant.We sat in the outside area which reminded of a traditional "Kneipe" which are found all over Sachsenhausen and Bornheim.Our appetizers of Octopus Salad and Crispy Calamari Salad were good, the entrees were not that memorable. My pork was overdone and dry.Service was acceptable.Parking was absolutely atrocious. It took a very long time of circling until we finally found a place to park.Dear exsea, thank you for your review. Unfortunately Seckbach is known for the parking Problem. Our Restaurant used to be a traditional german "Kneipe" and it is a protected house from the City of Frankfurt am Main. This is why it still recalls the tradition. I am sorry for the pork meet. normally as meet quality it is a little bit dry but i would be more than happy if you show again in our restaurant and have a taste of another piece of meet (of course on the house).Thank you.

I guess this is the only decent Pizza in the area, but if you have a car (or even a bike) I would recommend a quick trip to Hannau (the next town over). The food is ok, and I guess that's why the get the business they do. But the service is horrible. They might be the least friendly people in town.
