Ich war kürzlich zweimal anlässlich von Geschäftsessen im Pasquale. Die Qualität des Essens sowie die freundliche Bedienung überzeugten mich sehr. Wunderbar was da serviert wurde! Mir hat auch das ganze drum und dran sehr gefallen, dass es halt viele Leute hat und etwas eng ist........ damit kann man als Gast leben, denn die excellente Küche und die spezielle Lokalität überstrahlen alles :-)

An absolutely wonderful hidden gem of a restaurant. Just 15 minutes from city center. We hosted our German friends here and they had never heard of this restaurant. The food was excellent. The service was warm, friendly and attentive. You feel at home in this place. We are Americans who love discovering local family owned "neighborhood" restaurants. This was a great find and our German friends said they will definitely return with their local friends. So many nice words to say about this place, the food and the owners. Not to be missed. On the evening we visited we ate outside and then we're easily accommodated for dessert and coffee indoors as the temperature cooled. We will definitely be back.

Da unsere Familie Hunger auf Pizza und Salat hatte bestellten wir die gewünschten Speisen. Alles war sehr schmackhaft...die Pizza war heià und der Salat knackig. Die Preise liegen im normalen Bereich und der Pizzabote war sehr freundlich.

Der 1. Eindruck lieà hoffen: der Gastraum nett möbliert und gut eingedeckt, die Fensterdeko passte zur Wandfarbe und die Deckenverkleidung des groÃen Raums ist sehenswert. Ja, und das war's auch schon.Die Vorspeisenplatte zu kalt, die Fischsuppe annehmbar. Der Pino Grigio (richtig, es gibt keine Weinkarte!) grauenhaft. Während der laaaangen Wartezeit auf das Hauptgericht breitete sich extremer Küchendunst aus. Lange bevor das Essen an einem anderen Tisch serviert wurde, war erkennbar, um was es sich handelte. Diese Geruchsglocke wurde mit jedem Menü ausgeprägter. Abluft??? Wohl nicht. Aber das erklärt die weit offen stehende Balkontüre. Dann kam unsere Bestellung: Saltimbocca a la Romana. Unbeschreiblich - schlecht. Zuvor war schon hörbar, wie das Fleisch in der Küche gehämmert (sorry, nämlich NICHT geklopft wurde - muss ne Menge ((vergeblicher)) Arbeit gewesen sein). Zwei groÃe bleiche Lappen, auf denen ein Stück Schinken und, kam erkennbar, darunter ein Blättcher Salbei plaziert waren. Von Gewürzen keine Spur. Die dazu servierten Kartoffeln sahen zwar, im Gegensatz zum Fleisch, gut aus, waren aber leider fast roh. Die Sauce schien zu 90 % aus (dem schlechten) Wein zu bestehen und war nichts als sauer. Einzig essbar der Blattspinat.Da unsere beiden Teller voll blieben, hat der (nun erst recht nicht gut gelaunte) Patrone auf die Bezahlung verzichtet und uns einen Espresso angeboten. No, grazie!Alle Kleidungsstücke mussten zum Lüften über Nacht raus, die Haare gewaschen werden. Dieses PASSIONE war eine Efahrung. Aber eine die KEINESFALLS wiederholt werden sollte.

Wir hatten einen Tisch auf der Terrasse reserviert. Offensichtlich besteht hier noch Verbesserungsbedarf, denn uns stand nur ein "Not Tisch" mit Sonne zur Verfügung.Dennoch, der Service war freundlich und hat gut beraten. Auf´s Haus gab es Panini mit einer Quark-Kräutercreme und mit der Rechnung ein Schnäpschen.Es gibt neben der Speisekarte auf verschiedenen Kreidetafeln im Restaurant die Tagesangebote.Der Vorspeisenteller war sehr gut, meine Nudeln in Hummersauce haben meiner Meinung nach keinen Hummer gesehen, es war ein Fischfond und nicht 100%ig mein Geschmack. Alle anderen Gerichten, die unsere Gäste bestellt hatten, waren sehr gut.Angenehm empfand ich, dass man den Gästen nach der Hauptspeise eine längere Pause bis zum nächsten Gericht gönnt.Die Preise empfinde ich als moderat. Auch wenn mein Wein etwas hoch im Preis war, stimmt hier das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.Daher von mir eine Empfehlung.

Excellent mid-class/upscale Italian restaurant in a nice decor in the Hotel Stadtpark in Hilden. The manager is the typical, engaging Italian person that knows his menu and wines. Had a very nice assorted plate of antipasti with the Italian classics like Vitello tonnato, bean salad with tuna, grilled vegetables. All very fresh and tasty. Then followed with a superb veal chop, tender and juicy with vegetables. All that with a Nero D'Avola from Sicily... what else,does one need?Highly recommended for couples and business meals. Family reunions welcomed!

I often spend the dinnertime there with my boyfriend or friends Even for a big companionship it is adequate.The staff is friendly.Mostly i was very satisfied with my meals.The price is a little bit higher than in a Pizzeria,because it is an italian restaurant.I recommend the pizza I like the style of the pastry.

we've visited Hilden in march 2017 and we randomly choosed markt 8,the staff was very friendly and wellcoming.
