Jonathanâs is a cheap alternative for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We go here for breakfast but there isnât any choices for vegans except the Açaà bowl with the yogurt removed. The only thing is the bowl is really small and not filling. Vegetarians shouldnât have a problem though. There are kids menus and a drink bar. They take credit cards as well.

Love different Japanese dishes served at Ryokans? This is the restaurant for you! Kaiseki Lunch has delicious tempura, sashimi, little side dishes, chawanmushi (egg custard-a speciality), you choose the type of rice you want (usually seasonal like mushroom- or bamboo is especially good) Drinks included, Matcha is great and coffee (1490 yen). Happy Hour (check ads-times change) Menu has everything from noodles to Grilled Beef Luncheon to individual hotpots to Fried Oysters Luncheon (really good) to Kid's Menu. Large Party room can be reserved and all-you-can-drink plans are available.Deco is modern Japanese, love the Shoe Box entrance with classic keys. Recently redecorated with separate booths. Only CON: the parking lot is a little hard to find the entrance. Ai means the deep blue color of aizome (color dye)

Quick, Hot and Decent Italian food. Some delicacies like escargot (delicious snails) and real imported Italian hams. Large variety of pizza & spaghetti. Can order items to make a filling vegetarian meal. Lunch-time specials. Also Party Plan. Menu has limited English but lots of pictures. Located on the 2nd floor of a shopping center that has a Kaldi- my favorite market for international food items.

Encountered this restaurant by chance when visiting Hakata. Located near Kaizuka subway station. The restaurant serve thick cut, juicy steak and yummy hamburger steaks, with free flow of salad, soup, bread, curry and desserts. Price berween ¥1300 -¥2700 perdon, super value for money. Highly recommended for an affordable steak meal in japan.

I consider myself an IKEA groupie and as with each country where I have visited IKEA I have found subtle differences in the menu. The standard meatballs are available but there were a number of more traditional Japanese style food to appeal to that market I'm sure. Good quality and reasonably priced. We managed to navigate the drink dispensing machines by watching others & wine can also be purchased with the meal!
