Amazing place with amazing food and amazing service. I can't say anything bad or wrong. The sizes of the meals was even too big. We ordered soups, a plate for 2, a local cheese plate and desserts and everything was fine, delicious. The waitress was always close to us, looking for any wishes we had. Just checked their website for the exact name of the food we ordered to recommend, and I can say that the images of their website are genuine and not photoshopped or edited. Their food looks like exactly as on the images. Go there (not to the website) and try and taste them.

Just what is needed after 80km ride. Excellent handmade pizza for two and decent bottle of wine for about £30. Lovely staff, quaint setting, with four areas to choose from - we went for the inside next to the pizza oven, others are the bar, the street of the courtyard to the rear.

Ooooh if you can go to only one restaurant while in Hungary go to this one :-) it is some driving from Budapest, maybe some 30 minutes. But definitely worth the time. If you are in the region otherwise it is almost a sin not to stop by :-)
ok I am maybe too much of a fish food lover, but the atmosphere of the place, the great service speak for itself.
You can only eat trout here of course accompanied by some great soups and desserts. The portions are big, you will not leave hungry for sure. Try the smoked trout or the one served with home made pesto. These are the best ones. Food is always fresh, it is shipped every morning.

We had lunch here today, the food was good as usually (this was mine 6th visit during the last 6 years), the service was nice enough, but everything took too long time. The ordering was ok, the soup didn't come as fast as it could, and then there went more than 30 minutes before the mains came. The espresso was quick, but even getting the bill took long time. I guess they were under-staffed and surprised by the amount of guests.

We arrived here after a long day of cycling and were not disappointed in the food. We both had a nice savoury stew, with good meat, accompanied by potatoes and spaetze. Also the wine was of good quality. The atmosphere is dominated by the Visegrad hotel which is a wellness hotel. A little minus point was the fact that the restaurant also hosted a wedding party. Though this offers some interesting scenes, it leaves only a less interesting part of the restaurant next to the parking for the other guests. But to be recommended.

Yes, but it comes with a price. It is quite full, so if you do not have reservation you can possibly sit inside next to kitchen and it smells so there. Service, typical to this country, but I would say way worse here. And no credit cards, despite such popularity of this place. Some may be well good with this all, for me no, sorry.

Our family went there for a birthday lunch and we haven't been disappointed.
The location, the service and the food was excellent and of high quality.
It was a bit too hot at our table because of a big fire in the chimney.
You are advised to book a table as this restaurant is very very popular especially in the summer but we saw several groups of foreign tourists having lunch.

One could not find a more beautifully sited place to build a lovely restaurant. Over the wooden balconies and terraces, the views of the Danube Bend are scenic and breathtaking. The Panorama will even become dramatic during a thunderstorm and shower and lovelier still when the sun makes a reappearance. The interior decor is pleasant and generally relaxing. I was so enthralled by the ambience, I hardly noticed that the food was not really up to scratch, but I did observe that requests for vegetarian options were met with cooperation

If you would like to have some sweets in Zebegény then do not miss this place. Broad sortiment of strudles, acceptable prices. Baked in the building freshly, it seems that they produce it absolutely locally.
