Visited fois for the first time in a few years. Beautiful views overlooking the sea watched the sun set. food lovely service good .enjoyable.price wise a little more expensive than other tavernas. However what does it matter if you are on holiday

Fancied a change from Greek taverna food and was delighted to spot Paralos. We all had Pizzas and they were all great, as was the service. Highly recommended.

I have been coming to kefalonia for 14 years and every time I make a point of visiting this restaurant. It is located in a unique location above the avithos Beach and is perfectly situated to watch the sunset.The ambience within the restaurant is unique . The menu is traditional Greek with a modern twist. The food is well presented and there homemade bread is divine. This is a fantastic restaurant for a romantic meal or a special occasion. Its a bit out of the way but well worth the effort . You can spend the day on the secluded beach and then finish the day off watching the sunset in this lovely restaurant. It never fails to deliver

I have been visiting for years, and it never changes, from a very warm welcome, with iced water, to the terrific setting, not to mention the food. The home made food is to die for, we had drinks and cheesecake, which was so good, it spoiled our dinner. I can recommend both the black cherry cheesecake, and the baked pear cheesecake, both stunning, if somewhat large!

We stopped at the Koutoupas Paradise for our evening meal and sat next to a window overlooking the sea. Its a nice spot to watch the sunset whilst you eat very good food. We had fried Feat for starters followed by meat pie and stuffed peppers and tomatoes. All of the food was very good and complimented by the house wine. The atmosphere is unhurried and the staff very friendly and helpful, all in all a lovely evening.

if your going to eat here go on Greek dancing night Fridays as its such a laugh.our wives ended up with a few otherv diners as the dancers which they fully encourage. The food is good but not Michelin star just remember its a smallish Greek Island but it is good and great staff.lovely atmosphere and setting

Very disappointing. You should never have two carbohydrates on the same plate but there they were with most dishes, rice and chips. Swordfish was a generous portion but over-herbed, chicken was poor quality. All served up by a monosyllabic waiter from Salford. Location is good but we also had a dozen wasps for company. View is probably better from Avithos Preview next door as the car park is obscured.
Surely there's better authentic Greek food around? I do hope so!

We ate here twice while on holiday in Svoronata The food was good as was the service and it was very reasonable.It was about 20 minutes walk from our accommodation. They even give you a complimentary desert. I would recommend eating here
