Chaotic, crowded, and cosmopolitan, Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, is a city of contrasts. Home to millions of people from around the world, the city is a mixture of languages and cultures, poverty and wealth. The city boasts some of the best nightlife in Asia and some of the worst traffic. Every holiday, the locals escape the pollution and the crowds to enjoy relaxing diversions like Ancol Dreamland, an amusement area featuring water parks, beaches, golf courses, and a SeaWorld.

15th March is Eirine's birthday. 14th, We arranged early surprised dinner for her. We choose Sailendra JW Marriott hotel(again). This is not just me and my friends favorite restaurant, its our favorite food, armophere, friendly waiters and chef also.
Team sailendra helped us for arrange the surprise. They sing birthdays song and music for her. I see in her face how surprise and happy she is, eirine my friend.
Thanks to all Sailendra Team, especially for Mr Jantar, Ms Intan, Mr Eric, Mr Andri, Ms Rienna, Mr Enjen, Ms Rosita, Mr Lexy and evry body who i dont know the name. Thanks for helped us give surprise to Eirine and make us very happy in great dinner and take pictures together also.
We really love all the food has provide by the restaurant. Always satisfy us in every moment.
My advice is to multiply the type of japanese food that exists. Not providing sushi and shasimi only. Explore also food from other countries like Greece, Spain, Turkey etc and replace periodically. Waiter round the the dining table to refill empty mineral water, this is a part of good service for the guess (i think hehehe)
I thing will hold my special moment here again. Success for Team Sailendra always.

Namaaz Dining is known as the first molecular gastronomy restaurant in Indonesia which serves Indonesian food as its signature dishes. Actually i don’t have any idea about what’s “molecular gastronomy” it is until i try this restaurant by myself. So a little explanation about molecular gastronomy, it’s something related to chemical processes that occur while cooking. Molecular gastronomy also incorporates the social and artistic components.
They just can accomodate 28 (twenty eight) seats every night and in this event I think we have more than 28 (that’s why it’s so packed on that night).
Before i give some review about their food, please kindly note that they’re not giving you any menu here. They will provide you with 17 course creations which will be changed every season, so this review will help you to get an understanding about the experience of molecular gastronomy.
All menus that i try is pretty amazing for the presentation. Like what do you think you eat something like raw egg but in the fact it's mango. Or you think you eat the meat, but it's watermelon. I won't forget this food experience

Drawing inspiration from the Indonesian phrase 'Sana -Sini', which means 'here and there', Pullman Jakarta Indonesia offers you an unrivaled culinary excursion into the different corners of Europe and Asia through 4 individually designed spacious counters. Casually eat your way through different continents and hop across live cooking stations, as the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet as well as à la carte, surrounded by contemporary décor. Complement your dining experience with an extensive wine list from Vinoteca - a global Pullman concept and a seductive selection of sweets from the bakery.
The atmosphere was nice, making it suitable for family gatherings or dinner with office fellow.
The staff was friendly and very attentive, makes my company dinner more enjoyable and you also can focus exploring various dishes ha ha ha..
They serve the best selection of European and Asian cuisine. The food quality is the best and fresh!
As Indonesian it's a pity to eat our own cuisine at fine dining restaurant (unless highly reputed resto). I always have prejudice that Indonesian cuisine taste in Hotel/fine restaurant was bland.
But in Sana Sini, Indonesian corner is one of my favorite ^^. There're Indonesian most favorite dishes : Rendang, Taekwan, Pempek, Soto, Satay etc. and the important thing is the flavor are not letting me down.
And remember there always space for dessert, because sweets corner was awesome ! they have western cake, Indonesia traditional sweets and gelato.
Too bad I didn't find lobster when I came

The first time to attend and visit this place has been made enchanted by the extraordinary service. Especially when enjoying a special dish that day, it is extraordinary. The waiters are very friendly and know the menus they serve well, explaining in detail the special menu of the day. Incredibly helped by mrs. nova, the responsible officer in the area near us was seated at the time
thank you for the service, making the special day extraordinary

OKU, a unique upscale eatery helmed by Chef Kazumasa Yazawa. Chef Kaz presents a modern take on Japanese dishes with traditional flair, and to make the restaurant the perfect combination of both business and leisure dining destination. The name OKU itself implies the peeling back of the layers of an onion, representing the culinary journey that diners will experience.
Oku has the best chicken karage that I had in Jakarta. It’s delicious , juicy, tasty, tender and comes with lemon grass taste. Despite the ugly appearance, the food is too! I couldn’t find any alternatives in other restaurant. The genmaicha is soothing and comes with roasted tea taste! It’s free flow. I love the roasted taste. The matcha azuki taste like Japan matcha. But the azuki could be improved. It’s not soft enough. But no matter what the ambience is peaceful, the waitress has good service. Windhu, especially has good customer service, he is friendly.
