Chill Out Bar is set on the main beach area of Gili Air looking directly at Mount Rinjani Lombok and the warm tropical blue waters between them. This is an ideal setting for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner or just to kick back relax and watch the world go by sipping on our freshly made Juices or a few Cocktails. We have a very extensive menu which includes a variety of appetizers, freshly made soups and salads. Indonesian and Chinese cuisine and Western favourites such as Pizza & Pasta, Burgers & Sandwiches all made from our In-House Bakery.Our daily Fresh Seafood BBQ is one of the best on Gili Air.

Sorry even though many reviews advise booking we do not take Reservations works better on a rolling basis, last oders 3.30 lunch and 9.30 dinner.

What a beautiful restaurant with a friendly owner, lovely staff and amazing food!! A small menu to choose from yet it was so hard to pick what to eat with each thing sounding mouthwatering. Really recommend this place to anybody. Great portions and so fresh. It really was the best meal we have had so far. Thank you!!

We ate here only once during our week-long stay, despite close proximity to our hotel. When we were given samples of the ice cream, it was more icy than creamy, and slightly lacking in flavor. But, they also served Nutella on waffles and crepes, so we decided to give it a try.
We ordered a Nutella-covered waffle and coconut ice cream served on the side. We were able to order it Takeout, which was nice. We spread the coconut ice cream over the waffle, which was absolutley delicious. The freshly-cooked waffle was crispy and savory, the Nutella portions generous, and the ice cream added a bit of sweet coolness to it all.
Overall, I believe it ended up being about 75,000 IDR, which is a bit expensive by Indonesian standards, but well worth it for a decadent treat. If you order a waffle alone, its about 45,000, and I think the crepe is a bit cheaper. We liked this place, but there were other ice cream shops with interesting flavors just nearby.

I reserved a table facing the sea for my wife's birthday, and the staff were lovely keeping it for me.
The restaurant is set right by the sea, offering some Seating outdoors or inside. Staff were friendly and attentive. We liked Hola their pet chicken who sat dutifully at the front by the menu welcoming visitors. The Frida Kahlo artwork added to an overall nice and relaxed vibe. When we passed by the next day they said hello and remembered my name which is always a really nice touch.
We each ordered a range of drinks between us throughout dinner, all of which were mixed well and had a good kick to them. We tried the watermelon margarita, strawberry and mint mojito, their signature Tequila and coffee drink, and a banana daiquiri. As it was happy hour each came with a bowl of their nachos which tasted fresh and were a nice nibble as we waited for dinner. They were surprisingly filling and we struggled to finish the last bowl that came!
For dinner we shared the alambre and red mole and tiger prawn enchiladas. Both were delicious, well flavored, and with nice fresh ingredients. My wife favored the prawn dish whilst I the beef.
Our bill for 2 mains and 4 alcoholic cocktails came to 480,000. Not bad for a nice evening out with good food, cocktails, a nice atmosphere, and the waves splashing in the background. Recommend for a nice occasion or drinks by the sea.

The owners , a young couple of Italian DOC The bistro style restaurant offers lunch with classic and traditional dishes such as bruschetta , focaccia and pasta with seafood from 11 am till 14pm. Pizza Romana with 11 hours rising time , from 6pm till 10pm. All the ingredients used are the best quality present in the Indonesian market and available from Lombok .

We went there and it was not to busy at that evening also they tried to give everyone the space you needs to enjoy . Stuff was excellent and really nice .

But also the price I think bit to much , because of that one star less.

Th place is amazing and good location with nice vibes. We have been here 4 times or so and each time the local Indonesian staff is very unfriendly. Even at 8pm they practically refuse a beer because they close at 9 pm.
I fully respect that but kindness and courtesy Would be nicer. I think the staff need to be told about how to do their jobs rather than stare and banter tourist ladies.
Too bad, such a greater potential place being run amok because most likely the owners don’t prefer a hands on approach

Scratch is from the more expensive category of restaurants in Gili. We came here a couple of times during one week.
Better service and better quality food than in many other places on the island. You pay more but also get more. Service is also less creepy and the guys are not on mushrooms, which is nice. I reckon there are some Australians working there - maybe managing the place.
Good place for a "last night" party or other special occasion if you do not want to spend all your backpacking money right away. Worth visiting.

If you're a meat lover you're at the right place!
Amazing pulled pork burger, it was juicy and the homemade potato fries were great to it.
Had the beach bun ( 200gr beef patty) and it was sooo tasty, one of the juiciest burgers I ever had and I live currently in Australia were burgers are a holy thing.
