Seit Jahrzehnten ist der "Kasperle" eine Institution. Wer die kroatische Küche liebt, ist bei Vlado und Zoran gut aufgehoben. Meeres- oder SüÃwasserfische, allerlei Gegrilltes und dann - zur Fastenzeit - die Fischwochen, die für sich sprechen. Das Fazit ist einfach: Eine exzellente Küche zu vernünftigen Preisen. Wer übernachten möchte, findet hier ebenfalls ein sauberes Ambiente.

Op aanbeveling van onze B&B gaan eten op een warme zomeravond op het terras. Lekker kunnen eten aan correcte prijzen! De Belgische restaurants kunnen er veel van leren om dit aan deze prijzen aan te bieden.

A fantastic experience, highly recommended. Great building with a fantastic view when you reach the top.The food is amazing and really lovely staff. I would recommend the platter with 3 different types of ribs. At â¬14 per platter, (3 half rack of very meaty, delicious ribs) you really can't go wrong. Loved the extra touches should as the metal bowl to put in the rib bones and the apron to wear whilst eating.

We had most delicious venison dish which was hearty, warming and just right for a drizzily somewhat chilly summer evening, Inside iit iis dark atmospheric traditional alpine restaurant, with good service and is reasonably priced. Would recommend this.

We drove bay this place and decided to stop for a quick early dinner before our trip back home. It was an great decision... service was very good and quick, the food was excellent and the prices are also very fair.Tomato soup was very good, as was Frittatensuppe - local beef soup with pancakes. I had Wild salmon which was probably the best salmon I ever had in a restaurant. Slices of Chickenfilet from Charinthia was also excellent. Love the way they bring you your receipt... :)Highly recommended!

I would definitely not rate this restaurant no. 2 in the area how currently is ranked. It definitely doesnât deserve such a good valuation. Me and my girlfriend rely quite often on tripadvisor and this time we were very disappointed with both service and food. The interior design is quite welcoming and sort of let you remain with the promise of equally interesting food. Nothing more misleading! The look of the food gives you the impression of good quality and taste but definitely underperforming. We ordered Wiener schnitzel which arrived without a lemon, the tartare of salmone tasted like one from a can, not seasoned at all, the tomato soup tasted tinned tomatoes with too much cream (squirty) on the top. The staff is constantly in rush, not very chatty and apparently having some difficulties to speak Italian or German. We noticed that there were some guests drinking and not eating so maybe this place is made for drinking rather than eating. In fairness, we didnât try steaks which looked quite good but the rest of the food was very disappointing.

New Restaurant in the center of Millstatt. Modern (not so big) restaurant and very frendly owners but more important the meat was just fantastic. The "hauswein" was an easy wine to accompany the meat. Hospitality absolutely good!

First we noticed the Einkehr from the outside. The lovely heart ornaments, the open fire, the sheep skins. We decided to have dinner there and reserved a table. We were seated on the first floor and the atmosphere of that floor and the people was exquisitely cosy and warm.It gets all the highest marks.The food was very good, our dessert was a surprise, a pear with mousse , very yummy and new to us both.My grilled meat was average, as was the fish. The french fries and grilled vegetables were excellent too.Thank you for your positive review! We are very pleased that you that we could inspire you with our culinary offer. You've heard about them, but never found one. The 'Little wooden shack that does the best food ever'. Well this is it and make sure you go.A small plot sitting above the shore of the stunning Millstatter See with a couple of young girls serving fresh fish in a simple style. Absolutely fantastic with a beer or glass of wine and the view; did I mention the view!!!!!There's only about 20 places so you might have to book.Look for the laybye when driving to it or you will miss it.
