Reviewed By stevedekker1988The bed was okay. The pillow was to thin. The shower was only cold! No hot water during the night. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. The room had no airconditioning and no ventilation. It was extremely hot and we could not open the window because there was no mosquito net before the window. They didn't asked how our stay was. There is a lot of room for improvement because the location is really beautiful. And the building itself could be very nice.

We are a small family business, in the hot spring region, in Hatzendorf. In our hotel expect you: Accommodation in beautiful rooms with shower, WC and sows - TV. In hotel, fresh products of our region to tasteful delicious converted and naturally is the styrian wine must for tourist. There are many objects of interest, and our large plus are the beautiful baths and hot springs and the wine in our region, take themselves your time.
A pretty find tucked away in the country-side
Reviewed By cassandra_the_catWe were only looking for a place to have a quick stop on the way to Slovenia and happened to stumble into Malerwinkl on a detour. The place is decorated with a great love to detail and offers surprising specialties, for example a home-made mint syrup lemonade which is very refreshing and nice. Personnel is helpful and service-oriented, and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

Reviewed By R9205OSalexdFriendly staff, good food and a perfect breakfast for working people. Hotel has enough parking place, located in the center around some restaurants, shops and bars. Try to arrange an appartement, definetly an upgrade if you stay for a longer period.

Reviewed By HabsburgWolfSituated amongst the vineyards above the village this is certainly a lovely little place. Spacious rooms, clean and quiet. The whole place would be nothing without the Hungarian lady who takes care of everything and is very friendly and helpful. We actually called the place before we arrived to check if there was anywhere to eat nearby. Having cycled all day we were hungry. We were told there were several places in the vicinity, which could easily be reached on foot. On the basis of that we cycled up the hill to the Pension, only to find out that everything was closed in the area, meaning a ride back down into the village and a subsequent long walk up the hill. I would suggest the owner checks his facts first, particularly if he is sitting in Vienna. A direct line to the Pension would be a good idea.

Fantastic experience in the heart of Steiermark, at a reasonable price

In a beautiful natural environment, the resort offers all kinds of sports alternatives, including a swimming pool, climbing, tennis courts, indoor soccer, cycling, well-equipped gym, sauna, among other amenities. In addition to the town of Gnas, there are places a few kilometers worth visiting, including the famous "Zotter" chocolate factory. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. All perfectly enabled and easy for children. We would return, without any doubt.

Reviewed By Rox IWhile attending a wedding at the obermayerhoffen castle, we went for our evening meal at this lovely restaurant. We arrived early so we could do a walk-about around this quaint little town. We had a glass of wine first. When we wanted to pay for the wine, Clive Churchward (maitre'd) said 'no, I'll just include it on your bill when you come back'. We didn't have to come back, but we're so impressed with his trust, how could we not. On our walk, We found a very old & very well maintained cemetery not far away. (I'm obsessed with cemetery's). Our meal was perfect. From the appetizer to the dessert - top shelf. Too bad our visit was short, we would have gone back a second time!!!
