Reviewed By Mladen NLovely property that is beautifully and tastefully decorated with friendly staff. Great to have underground car parking as well. The rooms are decent size with a well equipped kitchenette with everything you need, except for salt and pepper.

The house is situated in the middle of Zell am See, yet in a quiet location, equipped with spacious apartments and offers the service of a hotel. Reviewed By Andrej TWe had a fantastic holiday stay in this modern apartment house. The staff was very nice, breakfast was delicious freshly prepared every morning and well organized. The House has an underground garage. Has a fantastic location. We will definitely come back here.

Reviewed By Voyager91819Stayed 3 nights here. Apartment was lovely and spacious, with parking. Very clean and new. Really central location, very close to ski hire shop and the cityxpress gondola as well as a short walk from the ski bus that you can take to Kitzenhorn. There is internet access but I was unable to get it to work. Would very much recommend!

In total, the complex consists of 24 stylish apartments, divided amongst 7 floors. The living surfaces vary from 64 m² to 110 m². The modern apartments offer a balcony or terrace with a breathtaking view of the Zeller lake and the surrounding mountains. The next ski lift is 10 min drive by car.

Namely, Mrs Micharla, she were not happy that I done the booking for the apartment online and not throw them, and she clearly mentioned due to this we will give you the ground floor apartment and on the higher floors even though I paid more for the view cost. When I refused and complained to the supplier I bought this days from when denied this and I lost $848 because of this. Personally I will never recommend this hotel apartment to anyone. In fact this experience made me change the length of my stay in Zell Am See at all.

Reviewed By aleksander sSmall confortable appartment near the lake, very wll equiped. Just one bust stop from the main cable car (bus stop infront of the houes). It takes onla 10 minutes to walk to the city.Free parking and WI-FI. No ski boots heaters.

The ski lifts where in a walking distance from the apartment hotel. The employees where very friendly and service oriented. Overall this apartment hotel gets a full house from my family and the three other families that where travelling with us.

Skiing in Kitzsteinhorn
Reviewed By Botond-hunThat's a very pretty place with a big livingroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 balcons and 3 bedrooms. It has been placed very near to the skibus stop. The view is perfect in the morning as well as in the evening. We had spent 4 nights there and we were so satisfied at all. The girls at the recepcion desk were kind and helpful personnaly as well as on the phone or by email. Thank You.

"Perfect visit"
Reviewed By Bea SWe rented this apartman for four days and everything was perfect. I liked this place so much, the staff are so friendly and wonderful hosting. Kitchen was enought for two people and you can find all kitchen tools. However only one think what i didnt like was, that we had an apartman situated in basmant. Would recommend this to anyone who want to stay in Kaprun for holiday or just for weekend.
