We met friends there last weekend. We were the only ones there at 1:00 on a Saturday. They serve complmenery cheese bread but when we sat down there was only one piece left in the basket that our friends were eating and no one offered us any or refilled the basket. Our server was very sweet but seemed a bit shy. Our friends ordered the bone-in ribeyes, one topped with grilled onions, medium. My husband ordered a strip, medium rare, and I was so looking forward all day to getting a filet. I ordered mine medium well. When we got our steaks, our friends did not have the onions as ordered. We told our server and asked for more bread. He immediately went back to the kitchen and we waited for him to return with a bowl of grilled onions. Then he went back for the bread. No one asked how our steaks were. My steak was cooked medium rare, and my husbands was medium well. We decided to just switch steaks rather than have them re-cooked since our friends were already eating. I told the server of the mistake and he apologized, and thanked me for being so nice about it. I was so looking forward all day to getting a filet. I don't care for strips, and my husband doesn't care for filets. So three of our four orders we incorrect!! However the steaks were very good, very tender and flavorful. The sides were average. There was no compensation for the incorrect steaks.. I doubt that we will go back, which is a shame because the steaks were very good. Still craving a filet.Hello, I'm so sorry we did not meet your expectations this time. Las hamburguesas de este interesante lugar están bien proporcionadas, además de que ofrecen diferentes snacks para acompañar como aguas frescas embotelladas por una compañÃa celayense independiente, el único detalle que le vi fue que ya no tiene las hamburguesas de hongo portobello y fue un poco tardado la entrega del platillo, ademas que están en una zona un poco escondida que solamente con gps puedes llegar, pero de ahà en fuera están muy buenas las hamburguesas

This was my second time at La Burger in Celaya. It is not as the classic american style burger chain. You can start off with fresh seafood dishes such as ceviche tostadas, made from fresh raw fish cured in lime juice, spiced with chopped onions, and cilantro, and definitely the best part are the burgers, a good quality mesquite grilled beef patty, good portions and a side salad or chips. The place seems to keep good quality and hygiene. Good food, not fancy and not so informal. Ok for family, friends or work colleagues.

It was good. Not the best tacos in Mexico. But it was good the salsas were a highlight. It is a small place. And the waiters were new. Had a mistake in our order and didn't know what to do.
