Celaya is a city and its surrounding municipality in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico, located in the southeast quadrant of the state. It is the third most populous city in the state, with a 2005 census population of 310,413. The municipality for which the city serves as municipal seat, had a population of 415,869. The city is located in the geographic center of the municipality, which has an areal extent of 553.18 km² (213.58 sq mi) and includes many smaller outlying communities, the largest of which are San Miguel Octopan, Rincón de Tamayo and San Juan de la Vega.

Una extraordinaria opción para conocer lo más selecto de la comida mexicana. Todo lo que te hacÃa la abuela y tú mamá... está aquÃ.Todo para chuparse los dedos en medio de un ambiente. muy casero.Inicie con unos tacos de nata, tacos dorados de pollo o res, o tacos de fideo.Luego una sopita de médula, la mejor tampiqueña con sus enchiladas, y remate con una gelatina con rompope hecho en casa.No olvidará esta visita, frene a la bella Alameda celayense.Atención sin igual y precios muy buenos.No se la puede perder.

This was my second time at La Burger in Celaya. It is not as the classic american style burger chain. You can start off with fresh seafood dishes such as ceviche tostadas, made from fresh raw fish cured in lime juice, spiced with chopped onions, and cilantro, and definitely the best part are the burgers, a good quality mesquite grilled beef patty, good portions and a side salad or chips. The place seems to keep good quality and hygiene. Good food, not fancy and not so informal. Ok for family, friends or work colleagues.

Es un sitio que ofrece buffet, algo enredado de entender. No está bueno. El sazón es horripilante. El café malo. Los jugos como de lata. El servicio pésimo, tardado, y confuso. Te ponen pan tostado bimbo. Es malo con ganas.

It was good. Not the best tacos in Mexico. But it was good the salsas were a highlight. It is a small place. And the waiters were new. Had a mistake in our order and didn't know what to do.

I normally have issues to get the beef at point that I love, but not at Robinson's crash, it was perfect, exactly as I ask!!!A succulent and irresistible beef with chile and cheese that I will keep in mind to be back when I be at Celaya. We also got the guacamole, cheese with sausage and michelada, everything very well done.Other additional point is that you can ask to them to bring you " cut menu" they bring cut samples , so we can choose looking it!

The Guacamole was very good but the flautas were average ( plus huge). I would really give an average + rating but not available. Large space with tv's on sports.....I'm sure families would love all the huge amounts of food, but it is not my thing.

Mi Espacio in the heart of downtown Celaya is an oasis for those of us searching for a great breakfast. Celaya doesnt really get busy until later in the morning and Mi Espacio is always open before 9 am. Finding any restaurant open at that time in Celaya is difficult. Mi Espacio is located in a very attractive colonial setting with lots of quality Mexican handicrafts to purchase also. Lunch and dinner menus are of course also available but we weren't overwhelmed by what we had and those prices were much higher of course. The breakfast buffet, on the other hand, was nearly perfect. Great coffee, nice atmosphere, good wifi, fresh carrot and orange juice, pastries, delicious omelets and a steam table with several exceptional choices. Currently at 110 pesos per person (or about $7.50). The service was exemplary; after 3 or 4 breakfasts, we felt like family. It was a very nice start to our several days in Celaya.The team from "Mi Espacio Guanajuato" thank you for your opinion and we hope to see you soon again in our restaurant!
