This place is a freakin' blessing in this boring ol' town! About f-ing time something with personality opens!If you love a cozy, elegant (but not boring) decor you'll love the black lacquered ceiling, the gorgeous bar, tables are not too squeezed together so you can have a somewhat intimate dinner.Our server Geneviève was the best: she's professional, attentive and has a smart bubbly personality. A delight!The wine list is thought-out (a must, thank you very much) and the menu farm to table-ish with a focus on seasonal vegetables.We'll back for the bubbles and the oysters!

I ate here with a small group of colleagues, and loved it. Our waitress was brilliant - friendly, warm and efficient. The atmosphere is nice - good lighting, intimate feeling - great vibe. Really loved the food - gnocci was delicious. We were recommended to have 2 to 3 plates each - 2 was more than enough. Not your standard sharing tapas style - most of us just ate our own - but still very social and a good buzz. Best food I have had in Sherbrooke.

We were delighted to find this lovely Bistro on a warm summer Sunday. We were warmly greeted and directed to a window table. Our waiter was knowledgable and attentive. He walked us through the menu, giving advice when asked. We began with a recommended bottle of local white Vidal Dom Les Brome, which was delicious. I chose the Bavette Angus for lunch, a 21 hour, tenderly marinated Angus flank steak with crispy fresh fries. It was perfect! Hubby had the Table d'Hote, two course lunch menu with a light, fresh salad with local greens and lamb, which he declared excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant, the superior service, and the great food.

Fabulous atmosphere on a very busy January Saturday night, we ate at the bar and loved every minute. They handle their clients very well, we waited in the front with a locally brewed beer of which they have an extended menu while others were finishing their meals.I ate the mussels, nothing to write home about but still very well executed, could have been more original on a constructive basis. The real standout though as the pictured appetizer of cipollini ognons : so far in 2019, this my best dish, delicious combination of ingredients, this took us by surprise.For a busy Saturday, the staff was exceptional, chatty and pleasant, I would go back in a heart beat. Mussels were not 5 stars but everything else was.

We stayed and ate here on a half board package (room, dinner and breakfast).Only the two of us and one other guest but the food was excellent (tasty, well-prepared and presented) and so was the proprietress/hostess's friendly service.What is amazing is that the chef de cuisine - the hostess's partner - was a plumber who offered to step in when her previous chef left.Breakfast is a very nice, delicious 3 course affair so you won't leave hungry.Definitely have the duck. It was cooked a bit more done than we're used to French style (rare) but it was still excellent.Limited but good value wine list.Wow this is a great review. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with others. Being in a duck country, I agree with you it is a dish not to be missed.
