Having reserved a place 10 minutes before our arrival, we got to the restaurant to find out that we had no reservation at all. We were told that they canât save places, however they had all other tables reserved. Very rude when we were asking questions, so we didnât even get to try the food. The food here is delicious, full of flavour, so many elements on the one plate, but they all compliment each other. The first night my duck magret was beautifully cooked with the fat rendered down and the accompanying sides of couscous and carrot puree (who thought carrot could taste this good!) excellent. So good.....had to return the next evening to get some more takeout.....while we waited the receptionist/manager brought us a lovely Bulgarian wine to try.....very nice touch! My pork was again perfectly cooked and the peach, carrot puree with rich mushroom sauce delicious. Just salivating as I key this in....wish we lived nearby :) Value for money too....highly recommend!

I was really surprised to read other reviews about the staff. I came here twice, with different bartenders, and the service was good. This was my favorite place to come for cocktails in Plovdiv. My first night, I asked the bartender for a cocktail menu. He said, with a smile, "I am your cocktail menu." After telling him what kind of liquor and flavors I like, he recommended the Basil Blast. It was artfully made and delicious, and at 8 Lev a drink, very reasonable compared to Sense (I know, totally different crowd, but I was happy to have the same quality drink at half the price). The tiny place is charming and chill, with a few tables on the sidewalk to make for an wonderful, atmospheric experience. This place is not clubby or particularly high energy, it is more of a chill and relax with a solid cocktail, kind of place. In short, EXACTLY what I was looking for.

Located in the east part of the Old town of Plovdiv, that hidden gem is a perfect choice for dinner or just to enjoy a glass of wine with some freshly made tapas. Well selected wine list by the sommelier accompanied with a tasty well presented dishes! Highly recommended!Thank You Sir!
