A beautiful setting near the window, classy and relaxed, great attentive service but not over the top intrusive which is a tricky balance to pull off sometimes. really wide variety in the menu, plenty of seafood which was my main reason for attending this. Plus I was stopping at the hotel and the weather had drawn in so nice not to have to trek out.

Classic french food of the highest quality with wonderful service to match. Everything is done impeccably. My wife and I have been twice and would certainly go back again. The prices given the quality are very reasonable. A wine list to die for, and even the lowest priced bottles will make you happy with your choice.

So imagine you are in a French restaurant 40 years ago. White table clothes, old school table setting, just a good old flashback. Important part was the food was classic as well, I struggle with it a bit, because I have been exposed to much more complicated gastromolecular food. I write this review respecting the past. Well done.

The food was delicious and the ambiance was lovely. It wasnât too loud, so you could enjoy a conversation with your dinner companions. The duck was lovely and perfectly cooked. The burger was great. The baby leaf salad was wonderful. Our server could have been better, but even so, it was likely the best meal we had in Vancouver.
