Our party of six decided to have dinner in Siegburg one evening, and after doing some homework we booked a table at the Kaiserhof Brasserie. As it was a very German restaurant in a very German village, I had suspected that the menu would only be in German, so before leaving England I copied their menu down and wrote a translation next to it. At the restaurant this was extremely useful as the menu was in fact only in German and the waitress didnât speak much of anything else either (though she was VERY pleasant and smiling). The menu was extensive and interesting, and most of us ended up having either meat or pasta. Having had a late lunch, we didnât have space for dessert, but everybody made the right noises and sounded very pleased with their dishes. The atmosphere was pleasant too, and prices were reasonable. Recommended!

Jedes Mal wieder lecker und eine schöne Alternative zu den üblichen Angeboten. Bei gemütlicher Atmosphäre die elsässische Küche genieÃen. Schmackhafte kleine Gerichte von Käsefondue über Flammkuchen und Käsespätzle bis hin zu Quiche und frischen Salaten - alles zu einem guten Glas Wein oder frisch gezapften Bier wirklich zu empfehlen. Auch der Service freundlich und aufmerksam...auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!

Felix Kaspar is an amazing chef with incredible innovation. The explosion of tastes in the mouth, coupled with amazing presentational skills, renders a dinner at this restaurant an experience above all other michelin starred restaurants in Bonn. Being a relatively new addition to the scene, there are still some teething pains that will no doubt be fixed as the restaurant matures. One issue was the unacceptably long wait between each course and the next; the whole meal lasted five whole hours - possibly a sign of an understaffed kitchen that day! We skipped the petit fours at the end since we could no longer stay seated... Nonetheless, I have no doubt that the second Michelin star is forthcoming sooner rather than later.
