We had walked past LeBistro more than 100 times and finally decided to make a reservation there. The environment and atmosphere are excellent - an intimate walkway to the beach featuring a few good shops and gelato bar. The service was very good. The owner has great energy and engages with his customers. Our food was good, but not very good or excellent. For example, the onion soup, while presented as âtraditional,â was a bit bland. A duck salad, while imaginative, did not live up to what we had hoped. The flavors were a bit blurred and the duck was lacking. Our main courses were beautifully plated and the side vegetables were excellent. Once again, however - the principal protein in each case, while good, did not live up to our expectations, based on earlier reviews and the ambiance. Le Bistro is extremely inviting and the experience was positive. But - the food did not quite deliver.

Great spot along Callejon de la Roma. Open concept seating area is a little noisy with lots of traffic passing by. Just adds to the local experience. We had dinner with friends. Two had tenderloin which was fabulous. I had the perch which was exceptional! The other dish that we had was the dorada and it too was delicious. The chef definitely prepares dishes with great attention to details - flavours exceptional and great presentation. Prices are good and quality is excellent. We will definitely return.
