This gem, hidden in the Hotel Alegria is - without question - the best place for quality, healthy food and drinks in Cabarete. It is the creation of three Venezuelan ex pats. Sandwiches are unique - all the ingredients are fresh - and the bread is made then - for your sandwich. If you enjoy lunch wrapped in warm succulent flat bread [I do] this place is a must. In addition to the sandwiches they offer more than 30 non alcoholic drink combinations of fruits, vegetables, seeds, yogurts and "super foods". During several of our 7+ visits, they modified offerings to experiment and suit our tastes. And - their cocktails are works of art as well. Every one presents as an intense glass of colors and tastes magical. They are new. They are starting to draw well deserved crowds. Go there; taste and enjoy.

I highly recommend the sushi at this restaurant. It was outstanding. If you're not a sushi fan you still won't be disappointed. My husband had the nachos and they were also very good. Friendly service!

What a treat. And what a location. Stunning food with many homegrown ingredients. Chef and staff are friendly, professional and informative. I sampled the tasting menu and was impressive with the range and presentation of the entire meal. Paired with excellent red wine. So good that I am going back tonight. Thanks to Chef Christian.
