Astonishingly, some people walk or cycle the endless zigzag road up to this awesome restaurant. I prefer not to. This premium Hut in the Alp presents its visitors with a staggering 180 degree view, which is hard to beat. do book a table right at the edge, which allows you to melt into the amber sunset skies, once sufficient schnapps has been consumed. Blankets are passed around for the whimsical. great, simple menu encourages lengthy, joyful meals.

We booked a table for 8 but had to wait a good while to be seated. Service was very slow & I'm guessing they are a little understaffed but the food is excellent, burgers in particular. I had a Schnitzel burger which beautiful but a huge serving. Would definitely go back as some of the other eateries in Westendorf are below par.

This is a âFantasticâ ski stop, in stunning surroundings that are sleek, modern (the building has undergone a â¬2 million revamp) and it is uber comfortable for sore ski legs.The food, service (staff are excellent) and value for money make this a must visit hutte in the WESTENDORF area. Ski in via the black run the 112 or the easier red 110 and threat yourself to one of the finest restaurants in the area.

The menu looked pretty good: lots of options. Steak is really expensive (over 30⬠a dish), so we decided to go for pasta and mixed grill. It was really busy, but the food was already there before we even finished our starter (bread with garlic butter). A bit too fast to be honest. The Mixed Grills were pretty tasty, but the pasta lacked flavour. Waiters are really nice and the service is good.The next day we ordered take away pizza's, and those were amazing.

The menu is extensive offering local specilties prepared in a gournet way. Everything we tried was delicious and what the other guests were eating looked just as good! Meals can be enjoyed on the large terrace by the garden or in the cozy restaurant inside.
